La Garbatella In Brugherio

Restaurant found almost by chance, we were looking for a typical Roman restaurant that we hadn't already tried in Brianza and here we are! Excellent and very fast service and food clearly a little heavy but very very good; absolutely worth trying is the trilogy of meatballs, i.e. classic meatballs with cheese and pepper toppings, carbonaro and sauce and the carbonara ravioli with cheese and pepper filling, super special! The price is slightly higher than average, but still not exaggerated. Advise!

Very basic place, with an almost neutral but well-kept style. Good carbonara and cacio e pepe, I recommend the trio of meatballs appetizer to enjoy the three types of main condiments. Classic desserts, good coffee. The lack of professionalism of the female staff present in the room is jarring in the restaurant.

We went to La Garbatella for a family birthday and were welcomed with great courtesy. The boys accommodated our every request, and even when my mother spilled an entire glass of red wine... they didn't bat an eyelid! (LOL) The dishes they serve are true Roman dishes (therefore abundant) and in particular the cacio e pepe is a delight! And there's also the pinsa. The environment is nice and welcoming, perhaps the lights could just be revised. Excellent staff, efficient service. An experience to have!

The menu is purely Roman, living up to the name. Prices are medium-high, first courses from 12 to 18€. The portions are generous. The food is good and tasty, difficult to digest. Pasta alla zozzona is a mix between carbonara and amatriciana, a little particular when you taste it but good. The trio of supplì €12, starter, is really expensive. Each supplì costs €4 and as good as it is, it is not served hot, one was even cold in the centre. The staff is very surly, synthetic, unwelcoming. Certainly not Roman. The place is welcoming, even if it still has old promotions that are actually no longer valid. Good tiramisu. In the end, three with two waters, two supplì, two first courses, a oxtail, an artichoke and a tiramisu €80. Among other things, they made us pay for a dish that was no longer available instead of the artichoke, obviously the latter cost less.

The place lived up to our expectations, I highly recommend the first courses such as carbonara and amatriciana, and for the second course we had a truly delicious oxtail. Very welcoming staff and comfortable environment. We will definitely be back

Ambiente muito bom e comida ótima. Tanto o antepasto até a sobremesa muito bom. Comemos um antipasto de frios e um com miolo De alcachofra frita e outros fritos. Tudo muito saboroso e bom. Massa com molho a base de queijo muito bom!

Ottima cucina Romana! Buono tutto. Consigliatissimo!

Veniamo subito al dunque. Cose che ci sono piaciute: La pasta molto buona, davvero La carne, soprattutto l’agnello alla griglia, ci è piaciuta tantissimo Il servizio, molto cortese ed efficiente Cose che non ci sono piaciute: I fiori fritti, un fritto unto, pesante Il dolce, la panna cotta era un po’ “mattonata” Bene ma si può migliorare

Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dove ci eravamo trovati benissimo, purtroppo questa volta non sono state rispettate le nostre aspettative. I prezzi sono stati rivisti al rialzo per tutto ciò che viene servito e oltretutto non rispettano ciò che viene indicato su TheFork. Zozzona e trippa buone, carbonara a nostro gusto un pò strana. Una cena tra si e no.
