15/02/2026: Good morning, I wanted to tell you that last night (Valentine's Day 2026) was a beautiful evening, both in terms of atmosphere and music with a live guitarist, but... An hour and a half to receive a first course, a second course, and a side dish seems excessive and unacceptable! The food was delicious, but between the appetizer, cheese, and jam, and the first course, second course, and side dish, far too much time passed. It was almost embarrassing for the staff; everyone at the table complained! The staff was also very inattentive; they didn't clear the wine glasses for those of us who don't drink wine. They cleared the dirty dishes from the table after 20-30 minutes... Honestly, it wasn't the evening I imagined. Furthermore, they didn't leave the book I had requested and already paid for on the table; in fact, I had to ask for it at the cashier! Let's just say you have a lot of room for improvement, especially given the restaurant's prices, these inattentiveness and delays are unacceptable. At the cashier's desk, they apologized for the delay, but there was no financial return. Frankly, I was somewhat disappointed with the evening. I also wrote to you to encourage you to improve.

15/02/2026: A disappointing experience on Valentine's Day. We waited a long time for both our initial drink and the bread, which arrived only after a prompt. The first course arrived after about an hour and a half, with the explanation being an order issue. Unexpected events can happen, but the situation was handled horribly: no clear communication and uncontrolled timing, with only two waiters for the entire room. While we were still eating our first course, we were served our second courses, as if they were just trying to save time. When it came to the bill, jokingly pointing out that they seemed to have forgotten about us, the owner replied, "A little bit of everything," with no real apology and no commercial gesture despite the poor service. It's a shame because the food was good, but the service ruined what should have been a special evening.

14/10/2025: My favorite place for takeout pizza. The dining room is very comfortable. It has a homey atmosphere. The pizzas are fabulous.

18/05/2026: After gloomy days, there's nothing better than the excellent gelato from Gelateria Imperiale, a refreshing way to recharge your batteries and tackle the week ahead. The beautifully designed location makes you want to try it even more. The flavors I tried, Lotus and Pistachio, were truly delicious (VERY GOOD, I'd say). Kudos to Michela, who recommended the Lotus flavor when placing my order, assuring me it would be delicious. She was absolutely right. VERY GOOD We're truly at the TOP!

30/05/2026: Two small lagers, an iced tea, and a packet of crisps: €18. For a neighborhood bar that claims to keep prices low, I honestly think it's excessive.

05/05/2026: We stopped for lunch during a trip to Sirmione, and to say we had a great time is an understatement. The setting is beautifully maintained and offers a spectacular view. The quality of the products is excellent, and the service is impeccable. Definitely worth a try.

09/05/2026: Mediocre experience. Very fast. Too fast. The piadina was very rich in filling but undercooked, the dough was almost stringy. Everyone was very friendly, which is a real shame because I usually get along very well with this chain, but not this time.

25/11/2025: Never again. I ordered the fried pizza with pork rinds and ricotta, but alas, they added diced ham. My partner ordered the Margherita with fries, but they brought it with the fries still frozen. I pointed this out to them, and they denied it in the face of evidence.

22/11/2025: My 12:26 Deliveroo order hasn't arrived yet (1:50 PM), and no one's answering the phone. If you can't manage the workload, don't order; we all have to stick to our schedules.
