21/09/2025: Booked online but found the place closed upon arrival.

20/09/2025: The restaurant is closed. After booking online, we arrived and found this unpleasant surprise.

12/10/2025: We first caught the attention of Michelin Guides about this restaurant. Located in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Magnificent views. Excellent tasting menu. Excellent value for money.

27/09/2025: We came to the restaurant for its gourmet evening menu and its reputation, but we were disappointed. The setting was splendid, with the meal on the panoramic terrace and a decent meal with very professional waiters. The biggest problem was the sommelier: a cold welcome, a haughty attitude. When I asked for a sweet white wine as an aperitif, which was on the menu, he told me there wasn't one. When I pointed out that it was on the menu, he replied that it wasn't up to date (!) and that "as an aperitif, we have bubbles" (!). He went back, and I heard him making unflattering remarks about the French and laughing with his colleagues. When we asked for a wine pairing, he told us there wasn't one and that we should only have one glass of white and one of red because the tasting menu included fish and then meat. We had two meat dishes, and the wine pairing and his knowledge of the menu were superb!! We've never received such service from a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant 👎 Poor

09/10/2025: A pleasant, clean, and well-kept place. It offers excellent food and appetizers, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any needs. Personally, it's my favorite bar in the mall.

16/09/2025: great spot for lunch or dinner, especially if you want to go go-karting. i’d recommend going on the go-kart first. me personally, I’ve never been brave enough to go-kart after the meal but if anyone has…I salute you 🫡

25/09/2025: A welcoming and well-decorated restaurant and pizzeria. They make you feel right at home, thanks to the warm welcome from the waitress, or perhaps the owner. We ate very well, and I must say the menu offers an excellent selection of dishes and five-star pizzas. They also have several beers, some of which are unique. It was a pleasant discovery, and we'll be back.

19/09/2025: Before, when it was called Sady's, we had a good experience and often ordered takeout. Since it became Al Fuego, unfortunately, the quality has visibly declined: undercooked ingredients, greasy and soggy fritto misto, and the dish descriptions aren't followed. A real shame, because we expected the same attention and quality as before, but the experience was very disappointing.

22/09/2025: When you order by phone, they always get it wrong!!! And then they throw the phone in your face to tell you they made the mistake!!!!

15/10/2025: Excellent pastry shop in the Primaticcio area. I've tried several brioches, from chocolate to pistachio, and they're all excellent. Excellent dough, perfectly filled. They also offer cakes, pastries, and more. Worth a try.

15/09/2025: I had breakfast there, and I have to say the pistachio Nutella croissant was excellent. Buttery and just the right amount of filling. The place is cute, with indoor seating. The staff is kind and helpful. Definitely worth a try if you want a Southern-style breakfast. They also have Sicilian brioche. Melanie

01/10/2025: Perfect restaurant for lunch, with a starter, main course, and side dish for €10, or €11 with water. Fast service and generous portions, Italian cuisine.

25/08/2025: The only place open for lunch in August, a pleasant discovery. The food is good, especially considering the price. The staff is courteous and efficient.

09/10/2025: The portions are adequate, and the dishes are meticulously prepared, not only in terms of quality but also in terms of presentation. The price is reasonable.

04/10/2025: Breakfast with table service, very friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and well-kept environment. The croissants and coffee were top-notch! We'll definitely be back!

29/06/2025: Visited a couple of times, ideal place also for an aperitif, varied choice of risottos, I think the specialty of the place, very good. Other dishes tasted (meat), perhaps the cooking times should be adjusted. For the rest, good service, place not very crowded, very intimate and attention to detail.

11/10/2025: I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. The service was extremely slow; from the first order, only three dishes arrived, and then we waited a whopping 30 minutes.

02/06/2025: Not a bad welcome, waitress you feel like she's going to hit you because you're bothering her with your questions, fast food but not good gyoza but they're not gyoza noodles not bad overall the restaurant is good but there are easy areas for improvement to do better.

25/08/2025: I'm a regular customer and have eaten here many times, both at lunchtime with the set menu and in the evening with pizza or a meat or fish menu... and I have to say, the food is excellent. The place is cute, and the staff is polite and friendly, not to mention the manager is very friendly and helpful. I'd like to address a review from a few days ago that mentioned rude, uncivilized, and frustrated customers—fellow locals... but since they were causing such a nuisance, why didn't the brave man stand up and say something instead of hiding behind a review? I think the frustrated one is the one who listens to other people's conversations.

15/08/2025: Apparently, there are restaurateurs who don't care about their job or have never seen another restaurant in their life! Shabby service, runny and disconnected radicchio risotto, and a colossal amount of noise from a group of rude customers. To be forgotten.

08/10/2025: We are 3 Neapolitans who were looking for a pizza for a quick lunch, we discovered this really good little place, pizza that we did not expect to find, really good, plentiful but that does not leave you feeling heavy when you get up, super affordable price highly recommended

07/10/2025: The place is quite small and consequently noisy, especially since it's crowded. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, offering a wide selection. The dough is very good, making them light and tasty, thanks in part to the quality ingredients. The tiramisu is also very good. Excellent prices.
