10/10/2025: The food and ambiance are fine, and the style is worth it. What needs to be reworked is the wait staff, because they make you feel like they're being taken for a ride. If I order a Coke Zero without saying anything else, seeing the refill option on the menu, I expect a Coke Zero without a refill. It's the waiter's job to specify this without setting it as a default (so you don't even know and don't ask for it, you just pay more). This little detail escaped the cashier, who pointed out, as if I were a fool, that if it had arrived in a glass and not a can, then I should have assumed it was the one with a refill. She should know that their menu includes it in the glass even without the refill option, and if a customer DON'T ask, applying it by default is unfair. With that one euro less, I'm still the same poor guy as before, but this feels a bit like a blow to the restaurant as well. We need waitstaff who understands the etiquette of buying and selling and doesn't justify their colleagues' mistakes. If I don't order it, I don't have to pay for it. Don't tell me, 'Well, the refill is in glass...' because even a single glass is in glass. Anything after that is wrong, and sometimes it's better to keep quiet. Otherwise, the atmosphere and burgers are very good.

21/09/2025: I've chosen this restaurant several times because its strong point is its well-renovated location and its historical value, which you can sense even before parking. The pizza is very good, and even the gluten-free version for us celiacs is among the best I've known. I always regret not feeling the reflection and care of the environment in the welcome. Rushing and aloofness are what I sense upon arrival; the service is adequate, often unprepared, and neither comforting nor dedicated. The wine selection is limited; moreover, the wines are very common on the Esselunga shelves, but at double the price. The glasses are small, tavern-style glasses, suitable for cheap carafe wine. I also found it very rude when at the cashier they pointed out that I was lucky to find gluten-free pizza without ordering it in advance. If you offer good service, I wouldn't count on luck, but on the customer's surprise, who doesn't always decide where and what to eat the day before. I'll be back when the service is up to par, but for now I'll try my luck elsewhere.

21/09/2025: Rude staff, sign reads: Dogs are not allowed, but while I'm waiting for a cone, a rude girl asks me to leave! I have a small Pomeranian, and how could I not have one? We'll never set foot in this place of people with disturbed personalities again.

15/06/2025: Ice cream made with high quality products. Very helpful and courteous staff. Very crowded. Seating inside and outside small garden. I recommend it to those who want to eat an excellent ice cream. There is also vegan ice cream.

16/07/2025: The Wi-Fi is extremely poor, and €175 for two nights in a small van with two people and a dog is too expensive. The site is very nice and has a great location. It's also clean, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn't really work, and the price is very high in my opinion. I had a few things to do on my computer, which unfortunately wasn't possible. Even when I sat in the restaurant or at the reception. The internet was from 1998.

11/10/2025: Summer 2022 Had lunch here with a bunch of family and friends from Samoa. I love Sushi and was in Sushi Heaven. All you can eat Sushi...can't get any better than that. Staff was friendly and food was great. Will definitely return next time I'm in Como. 13/10/2025: We chose this place based on the positive reviews left by other Smartbox users. We don't live in the area, so it took a bit of a drive to get there, but I have to say it was worth it! The location, located in an industrial area, is unremarkable from the outside, but the interior is very unique. Chandeliers of various shapes and sizes, and tree-shaped columns that change color create a truly charming atmosphere. Despite the crowds, there was no crowding. The platter of mixed cold cuts, mushrooms, and freshly baked focaccia was excellent. The exquisite cold cuts and the warm, savory focaccia, just the way we like it, delighted our palates. One pizza each from the menu (no restrictions). I must say we chose some rather large pizzas, and they were truly exceptional. Above-average size and fine dough, they were greatly appreciated. Drinks and water included with the Smartbox. An experience worth repeating even without the box. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Top.

05/10/2025: My heart is in gelato! I can only say that the "pistachio spread" gelato flavor is pure indulgence. The guy not only filled the cone with pistachio cream, so it was completely filled to the top with gelato, but he also added it on top of the other two flavors, for a gelato that was not only large, but enormous (€5)!! We also tried other flavors and they are truly exceptional! Any excuse to go home will be a good one. Unfortunately, we didn't take photos; we were too busy enjoying the gelato 🥰

17/09/2025: We tried the pizza on Saturday night and I must say we were delighted. Finally, we organized our son's baptism on a Sunday lunch with our families and everyone was happy, we ate really well, and they took care of us from A to Z, from allergies to the cake they made, to organizing the table favors and everything else that goes with a banquet. Well done, well done... we will definitely eat there more often. Congratulations to all the staff.

05/10/2025: If you want to treat yourself, you have to stop here! First of all, I love those who still serve breadsticks, which have disappeared from almost every restaurant, and then the pasta dishes are a spectacle! Fresh, delicious, and plentiful but not over the top. I had the pizzoccheri and my companion had the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, both delicious. For the second course, I had the mixed grill, and here the bar was raised even further: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked meat, and a side of polenta taragna, excellent. My companion (who is vegetarian) had the grilled branzi, and I stole a piece from him! Finally, the homemade cheesecake finished this meal perfectly. You pay for quality, and it's worth it. The veranda seating is really nice, and the service is very friendly. (The €30-€40 price range includes water, two beers, coffee, and a cover charge.)

26/09/2025: The food is good. Excellent quality platters. The rabbit is very good, reminding me of my grandmother's. Don't expect salami; we're Bergamaschi, a bit reserved, but respectful. Eligio Magri wines are worth trying. The Patrizio is remarkable. The pizza is good. Very fair prices. I like it there. I have a house there, and I go there often.
