02/11/2025: Simple place, attentive service, good food. Excellent mussels, lightly fried, not greasy, cooked to perfection, elephant ear pasta unexpectedly well done. The French fries are superb. The only negative is the white wine, a bit acidic. Fair prices.

15/11/2025: I've been there twice, and both times I've had the same pizza (which, incidentally, is spectacular).
The draft beer is truly excellent, and from what I've seen being brought to other tables, the rest of the menu is also quite noteworthy.
Highly recommended.

16/09/2025: The food quality is excellent, with one caveat: the menu could be a bit more extensive, and I noticed the lack of the more well-known and popular desserts.
Flies are also seen circling the tables.
The bathrooms are shabby, and cleanliness isn't the best, though it's average to adequate.
15/08/2025: What to say! We are particularly affectionate at this place! Pizza 🍕 is really good; and both the Chinese and the Italian plates taste good! Good suggestion if you live near by seriate. There is inside AC and outside part. Pizza con forno a legna!

I ordered two portions of paella to go. It was plentiful and very good. I'll start by saying I've never had Valencian paella.
It was very good, though.
We'll definitely be back, maybe even staying longer.
12/10/2025: Business dinner with clients; the place was adequate, nice but very noisy. The fish was very good; I didn't try the meat. Service was quick, but the waiters were hard to find after the food was brought.

15/11/2025: A lovely restaurant on Viale Umbria, with high-quality, well-prepared food. The dishes are excellent, with a wide variety of drinks, too. The pizza is also very good and excellent value. It's a comfortable place, with a pleasant atmosphere, elegant but not overly so, just the right mix. Highly recommended.

30/10/2025: I had lunch at Ristorante Cavour with my daughter and we were truly satisfied! The restaurant is elegant and meticulously maintained, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, attentive, and very helpful, always smiling. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious, prepared with quality ingredients.
A pleasant experience in every way—we'll definitely be back.

31/10/2025: This isn't the first time we've eaten pizza at this restaurant. My experience was also positive: the pizza has a thick crust and isn't particularly crispy (a characteristic I was familiar with from previous visits).
The prices are perhaps a bit high, but I hope they're justified by the quality of the ingredients and the ambiance, which is certainly refined.
As in the past, I should note that the place can be a bit noisy, which sometimes makes it difficult to converse with other diners.
The service from the pizzeria and the wait staff, however, is excellent.

30/10/2025: The only bar in the Duomo area offering a €10 aperitivo, including a cocktail and appetizers. The waiters are incredibly helpful and polite. They're also careful to provide helpful explanations to foreign customers like my friend. Highly recommended! I'll be back!
