26/11/2025: The pizza was really good, even with special dough, and black rice. The Spanish ham, Pat Negra, wow, and the desserts were delicious. The service was always kind and courteous, very attentive.

We were hesitating between two pizzas... Without asking, they prepared a half and half platter for us just to taste and enjoy, champions!

30/12/2025: I returned today after a long absence and stand by my following review: A farmhouse in the heart of Franciacorta, easy to reach and with ample parking. The well-appointed interior is spacious and also suitable for ceremonies. In the warmer months, there is plenty of outdoor seating in the central area of ​​the property. The kitchen offers typical local dishes and other seafood and meat options. The atmosphere is clean and well-kept, with friendly and helpful staff. If you find yourself in the area of ​​this farmhouse, which offers good value for money, consider it a good choice for lunches or dinners, even for large groups.

09/11/2025: Some gelato flavors aren't faithful (there's plenty). The lemon delight is good. The Bueno cannolo is too sweet and not faithful to the Bueno. The babà glass is good, but the white cream ruins the flavor of the babà and pistachio cream, which are delicious together. The place is tempting, but it's missing that certain something.

I've had breakfast or aperitifs here several times, and I've always had excellent feedback from the friends who came with me. Unfortunately, the usual problem of high volume (which I see from other reviews is a constant) doesn't seem to bother the owners, alas. The TV/radio volume is always very high, preventing people from hearing each other even when facing each other. As a result, people automatically raise their voices to speak; the result is a general din that you'd prefer to avoid during breakfast. This is also true in other situations, besides breakfast. This morning, I asked for the volume to be lowered, and the waitress justified herself by telling me (by showing me the remote control gesture) that they can't turn the music down. Excellent place, but for future pass-through items, staying here is no longer a good idea.

11/02/2026: I ordered to take home. The delivery time was respected, and the food was really hot and the fried food quite crispy. I had the kebab flatbread, and it was big enough to fill almost everyone (except for gluttons like me who crave huge portions, but I still felt full). The meat was quite good, with a fairly mild flavor and not overly seasoned. I'll leave some photos so you can get an idea.

06/03/2026: It's become a tradition to spend Sunday lunch at our friend Dario's. If you want to try authentic American barbecue, this is the place to go. They also have a selection of craft beers. It's an American-style place.

15/02/2026: La Livella is a lovely restaurant on the Naviglio Canal. It has a very peaceful atmosphere and a home-like welcome. Maria is a very sweet, smiling, and welcoming person, and her husband is also incredibly friendly! I also consider Maria a great person whom I respect wholeheartedly. The pizza is exceptional, perfectly cooked, and made with delicious ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant. A must-try for any event. Thank you so much, Grazia.

25/01/2026: A welcoming atmosphere in a spotlessly clean restaurant. Signora Maria welcomes you with a smile and warmth, and attentively and discreetly looks after you throughout your dinner. The waiters are polite, patient, and attentive. For appetizers, we chose two pizzas to share. They were excellent, made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. To top it all off, we also chose a charcuterie board accompanied by the freshest mozzarella. The delicious and generous first courses accompanied our dessert. The pastiera and tiramisu were amazing. We'll be back soon because we've spotted some main courses we absolutely must try. Excellent value.

01/03/2026: I haven't been back to this place in years, and there was a reason. Let's start by saying that the burgers are made with pre-packaged supermarket buns. We had pulled pork and a pork piada, soaked in unspecified liquid. We saw pork on the menu, not in the bun. The waitress showed up at the table wearing the gloves she was cleaning the kitchen with, perhaps to add flavor to the buns. A touch of inventiveness? The watery beers were excellent for a breathalyzer-proof return home. At least there was no edible alcohol, although there was definitely cleaning fluid. The location was excellent, the glass counter reminiscent of some 1960s trattoria bar. The real experience was watching the meals being prepared... a test of courage for us diners. Safety first... The defibrillator positioned at the entrance is well covered by the beer fridge, so in case of emergency, drink from it. I gave the location a 6, but Alessandro Borghese could still turn things around. After all, the name is definitely a guarantee: "Bar del Turista," meaning you go once and never go back.
