04/09/2025: I stood in front of the door on September 4, 2025, and it looked deserted. Perhaps bankrupt. I'll just move somewhere else then.

01/09/2025: We stopped by for lunch, the midday menu included a first course, a second course, water, wine, and coffee for €14 per person. Clean, modern, and the staff was friendly and very efficient. A good lunch at a truly competitive price.

26/09/2025: On Friday, September 26th, the restaurant was listed as open online. In the pouring rain, we found ourselves facing a CLOSED gate. We can't comment on the food, but it doesn't seem right to come from far away and find the restaurant closed.

13/11/2025: Excellent restaurant serving typical Sicilian cuisine. Truly tasty and traditional appetizers. Squid with ricotta and red cabbage is fabulous, truly delicious! Sicilian desserts are mouth-watering.

09/11/2025: Eating home-cooked Sicilian cuisine isn't easy. With ingredients flown directly from Sicily, even less so. Without the ambition of a Michelin-starred restaurant, the food is amazing, with flavors that reflect the season and the availability of the ingredients. A restaurant where you eat with heart, just like the people who work there. If you want an olfactory and sensory experience, this is the place to be.

19/10/2025: The food was delicious. Despite not speaking Italian, Beatrice gave us incredible service. Definitely a perfect place to eat.

17/10/2025: We had brunch here … it took them some time to prepare the food…. However, the Coffee was great, and the salmon club sandwich was yummy as well …. Very friendly and welcoming staff 🤍

01/12/2025: After the pizza I felt sick, vomiting and feeling unwell. I didn't expect it. I had a nightmare night. Never again. Pizza with more raw oil than anything else and an exorbitant price.

23/11/2025: First time going to that pizzeria. Not a great experience 🍕 not at all Neapolitan. Burnt and undercooked crust. Mozzarella not melted.

25/08/2025: The pizzas were very good, but the staff, not so much. There were no restrooms in the restaurant. The dishes were charged €1 per person, which I find UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! It's not right to charge us for the dish we're eating from.

18/07/2025: I was there today but I've been going there since they opened and I'm very happy with the fast service and the food always delicious. Compliments especially to the girls who are always patient and kind.

05/10/2025: If you want to treat yourself, you have to stop here! First of all, I love those who still serve breadsticks, which have disappeared from almost every restaurant, and then the pasta dishes are a spectacle! Fresh, delicious, and plentiful but not over the top. I had the pizzoccheri and my companion had the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, both delicious. For the second course, I had the mixed grill, and here the bar was raised even further: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked meat, and a side of polenta taragna, excellent. My companion (who is vegetarian) had the grilled branzi, and I stole a piece from him! Finally, the homemade cheesecake finished this meal perfectly. You pay for quality, and it's worth it. The veranda seating is really nice, and the service is very friendly. (The €30-€40 price range includes water, two beers, coffee, and a cover charge.)

26/09/2025: The food is good. Excellent quality platters. The rabbit is very good, reminding me of my grandmother's. Don't expect salami; we're Bergamaschi, a bit reserved, but respectful. Eligio Magri wines are worth trying. The Patrizio is remarkable. The pizza is good. Very fair prices. I like it there. I have a house there, and I go there often.

28/11/2025: I went this evening and was completely satisfied. I have no complaints whatsoever. The service was excellent; the waiters were more than polite and kind. The food and cleanliness of the place were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try new things!

17/11/2025: Chosen for dinner with my brother, I found everything I tried delicious. Eating with your hands from the same plate was wonderful.

28/10/2025: We only drank coffee outside, which was excellent. We always return; they're kind, friendly, and incredibly nice. It's always nice to start the day with delicious croissants and an excellent cappuccino, along with the owners' good humor and their jokes! Now a weekly stop, a place like those of the past, a word, a smile, a joke... it brightens your day... and there's a family atmosphere. Also try the lunch menu... quality food every day. Massimo and Andrea are always top-notch!

04/08/2025: Yesterday I stopped by this historic and well-known restaurant with friends, and we were all very pleased with the service, the food, the helpfulness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

09/10/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit to 8tto Granchi. As a tourist, I was only given a standard menu with extremely inflated prices, a small pasta dish for around €20 that was neither filling nor particularly flavorful. What bothered me most was that while I was served the overpriced mini portion, Italian guests at the next table were served generous plates, apparently as part of a daily special that wasn't even offered to me. It seemed like a clear two-tiered approach. The value for money here is completely out of place, and the way they treat non-Italian guests leaves a lot to be desired. I therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.
