26/11/2025: The pizza was really good, even with special dough, and black rice. The Spanish ham, Pat Negra, wow, and the desserts were delicious. The service was always kind and courteous, very attentive.

11/11/2025: Simply great, (simple and great) literally Good food, friendly service, most of the customers are local. A feeling of a wonderful visit to the neighborhood restaurant. We were hesitating between two pizzas... Without asking, they prepared a half and half platter for us just to taste and enjoy, champions!

09/11/2025: Amazing gelato with a huge variety of flavors and combinations! The price is average, and I'll be back to try their display case full of sweets and delicacies. I recommend it :)

09/11/2025: Some gelato flavors aren't faithful (there's plenty). The lemon delight is good. The Bueno cannolo is too sweet and not faithful to the Bueno. The babà glass is good, but the white cream ruins the flavor of the babà and pistachio cream, which are delicious together. The place is tempting, but it's missing that certain something.

03/10/2025: Evening at Pizzium with friends: a choreographed pizza, Neapolitan style, with a thick crust that feels like a pillow (great for sleeping after dinner 😅). A little too soft for my taste, but still good. Quick service, friendly and cheerful staff: they made us feel at home. The place is unique: shelves full of preserves, pickles, pickles, and jars of legumes, complete with "Unfortunately, we're not for sale" signs. A natural question: why waste food on decor? Some jars weren't even expired (I checked them, I admit 🙈). Maybe they'll actually use them one day? Let's hope not as an extra topping on pizzas! In short: a cute place, a fun atmosphere, and a spectacular pizza. Recommended... but watch the shelves!

30/09/2025: I've been here a few times and found it good, but today they lost a customer. I ordered the Lazio pizza, with tomato, anchovies, stracciatella, and puntarelle. "There's no puntarelle," says the waitress: okay, that's fine too. The result was a tomato pizza with four anchovies and four drops of stracciatella, which I was charged full price, 13 euros. Notice that at the cashier I said, "You're not going to charge me 13 euros for the Lazio without puntarelle!" The waitress either didn't understand or pretended not to understand. Goodbye!

13/08/2025: A unique place, special panzerotti and medallions. The panzerotti are perfectly fried, so it's like eating a non-fried panzerotto. The medallion, in my opinion, is a unique product that I've never found elsewhere. You can tell they have quality products. Now, when I have to choose where to eat with friends, I always go here, and everyone is happy. Highly recommended!

08/10/2025: A truly wonderful experience, from the welcome to the attention to detail, to the presentation of the dishes that deserves nothing but applause. Each course is a small work of art: colors, aromas, textures, all conceived with taste and precision. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the pace of the service perfectly complements the experience, never intrusive and always attentive. Every dish I tried was a feast for the eyes and the palate, from the appetizers to the main courses: a perfect balance of flavors, where nothing was left to chance. The only "alas"—and I say this with a smile—was the special tuna tartare, which itself was magnificent… if only it weren't for that super spicy red sauce! 😅 Being allergic to capsaicin (yes, that very molecule that gives chili peppers their flame 🔥), one taste was enough to make my stomach churn and I had to stop—a shame, because the dish had a fragrance and balance that inspired me so much. Usually, spicy dishes are marked with a chili pepper symbol, but unfortunately not this one, and hence my little "inner fire." Nothing serious, but enough to lower the rating by one star—not for the taste, but for the lack of a label. Otherwise, everything was perfect: from the kind and attentive service, to the obsessive attention to plating, to the authentic flavors that speak of passion and skill. If it weren't for that killer red sauce, it would have been a full five stars without a second thought!

26/09/2025: Excellent all-you-can-eat sushi, with a wide selection of dishes, some very unique in their presentation and flavor. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, and the staff are friendly.

29/04/2025: Very small environment, you always need to book. Now they have changed management but the Pizza has remained the same. They listened to my advice for cutting pizza, i.e. putting a bit of baking paper on the wooden cutting board was much more hygienic otherwise the pizza would take on bad smells. Light pizza and quality products I have yet to rate the mozzarella if it is of medium quality. However, I go often because the pasta is very good. Try the pizza on the platter

30/11/2025: We had dinner last night, the pizza was excellent, we'll be back... it was busy, but we had time. We came back, it was always excellent, not to mention the Nutella cheesecake 🤗

09/12/2025: The pizzeria-restaurant that's always available when you need it at the last minute. Everything's good. The service has gotten worse, staff are short, and food arrives later than it did a few months ago.

07/12/2025: Nice restaurant with a nice menu. The restaurant is not very cozy, it is very high and uninvitingly light, but the food is fine. I ordered a picanha, which was super tasty and the staff is super friendly and speaks several languages. I had another drink at the bar. It was a great evening.

19/11/2025: I often go to Salamensa for breakfast, and over the past few months, I have to admit that my experience has become increasingly disappointing. The format is different from the typical cafeteria: it's a self-service cafeteria, so there's a high turnover of customers. For this very reason, however, I expect greater attention to cleanliness. I often find dirty tables and floors covered in crumbs, sugar, and other debris, with no one consistently cleaning up. Considering that the prices are the same as traditional table service, I'd expect at least an equivalent level of care. Another critical point for me is the wait: on average, it takes at least 20 minutes to line up just to get a tray and sit down. There are more people serving—someone handling the pastries, some at the cash register, some overseeing the savory portion—but in the cafeteria, where the slowest work takes place (coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc.), there's almost always only one person. With a long line, this inevitably slows everything down. Furthermore, the coffee machine is quite dated: today, there are much faster and more efficient solutions without compromising quality. When Cristina is there, the situation improves significantly, but I still think that a place of this caliber deserves more careful management of flow and service. I'm surprised that Mino, whom I consider an expert in the field, doesn't grasp these aspects: it would be enough to visit the place during peak hours, observe and listen to customers queuing or seated. Lately, it also seems to me that the quality of the pastries and drinks has changed a bit: perhaps it's simply my palate, but I perceive a less convincing taste than in the past.
