13/06/2026: I booked a table online for 8:30 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2026. After half an hour of being seated, we had to call the waitress to place our order. An hour later, they hadn't even brought us simple nachos. And then they came to tell us they didn't have pulled pork, which we hadn't even ordered. But anyway, I still had to pay for the beers. I don't think they'll see me again!!!

26/05/2026: Searching online for an interesting option for a Monday evening in Brescia, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, I stumbled upon one of the few fine dining restaurants open on Monday evenings. And thankfully so. Otherwise, I might have ended up elsewhere. Dina, despite being less well-known than other more famous and renowned restaurants, has certainly left a profound impression on my (culinary) soul. Talent, creativity, passion, and professionalism. And definitely the atmosphere, reminiscent of '90s clubs in Milan or London, where you can eat and drink. An atypical entrance, perhaps anonymous, but one that immediately conceals a sense of mystery and intrigue. The hospitality was impeccable, thanks to the staff in the dining room, led by a young but highly experienced maître d'. Friendly, affable, yet always professional. Never over the top, never intrusive. In short, the preamble is one of the best. I won't dwell on the experience itself because that would be a complete spoiler. I'll write a few more lines about the food, though. The watchword: ZERO BANALITY. All the dishes are the result of careful study and sometimes barely concealed provocation. Just the right amount of creative, just the right amount of technical. Never overdone and never recognizable. You can choose from three menus with increasing levels of creativity, and even have the option to create your own custom menu: a plus. As for the dishes, almost all of them received top marks, I'd put the chicken (dehydrated and liquid), the cuttlefish, and the spaghetti with garlic and oil on the podium. But it's certainly not easy to forget the snails, the casoncelli, or, absurdly, the non-sweet dessert to finish. Lots of thumbs up, few weak points. Exceptional value for money. Courtesy and pampering, plenty. The chef is brilliant, his staff is excellent.

25/05/2026: Dina isn't just a restaurant; it's a pure experience. Maestro Gipponi's cuisine is a philosophy and concept that takes shape in bold and surprising dishes. Each dish stands out for its uniqueness or incredible flavor. It's not for everyone, but if you're a food enthusiast looking for something new and out of the ordinary, it's a must-visit.

15/05/2026: Excellent. Excellent food (the only comment I have is about the temperature of some appetizers. The cold cancels out the flavors...). I had to deal with traffic problems to get to the restaurant and arrived after the lunch cutoff time. I advised them of the delay and was reassured and welcomed with understanding. Simply perfect service; highly professional staff. Splendid atmosphere. More than fair value for money (obviously excluding wine: if you want to drink a certain way, you know you'll spend more on wine than on food). I will return and highly recommend.

13/05/2026: I simply did not like the food and I genuinely don’t understand how they have mechilan star. This restaurant makes me lose trust in mechilan stars. I ordered the tasting menu and I paid and left mid of it as both me and my husband felt the food did not taste good and we did not like any of the 4 dishes we’ve received

12/05/2026: As of today: By far the best ice cream. I have never tasted comparable ice cream anywhere else. Every flavor is an absolute taste sensation.

09/05/2026: This artisan ice cream shop is highly rated, so I stopped by and it was confirmed. The ice cream is fantastic, though the place is unassuming. It's worth trying. I recommend the salted pistachio, salted caramel, mango, and hazelnut. They were all very tasty and distinctive.

14/04/2026: Lunch during the week for my mom's birthday! What can I say? They were fantastic, they made everything right! We ate wonderfully! Everything was delicious! And the wait staff was incredibly helpful 💓

12/03/2026: Today's lunch menu was simply SCANDALOUS!! I ate fusilli with shrimp, zucchini, and saffron, overcooked pasta, nonexistent shrimp, and saffron purée. For the main course, the steak was overcooked, and the baked potatoes were not bad. Service: I came in at 12:20, left at 1:40, because the set menu was a bit too long. The bill was 15 euros, the set menu cost 4 euros, and I had a Coke, not even in the center of Milan. The atmosphere was poorly maintained. It's a shame I didn't take any photos to attach.

17/05/2026: A very elegant and refined atmosphere, with top-notch service. Excellent cheese selection, exquisite fillet steak Rossini, delicious gelato, and delicious pastries. The warm homemade bread is excellent. Prices are in line with the quality of the food, the service offered, and the charming location overlooking the lake. In my opinion, a top rating.

19/04/2026: Today I had lunch with my husband in this charming and characteristic restaurant with its period furnishings and accessories. A restaurant that focuses on quality food, presented with visual harmony and a delicate, flavorful taste. It was a lunch enjoyed in a cozy setting, free from noise and bustle, truly relaxing!!! Thanks go to Silvia, the owner, and to Federica, who calmly, professionally, and kindly described the various courses to us. Thanks also to the chef and his young staff!!! A little place worth trying if you've never been before, and one you'll want to return to.

27/05/2026: The pizzas are very good, as are the ingredients. The kebab sandwich is good and a good size. All the staff is extremely friendly. I don't know the place, as I only order takeout. Prices are low compared to the competition.

17/05/2026: If you love food, go elsewhere. A charming place, friendly staff, it could have been a good experience. The menu offers two tasting menus, and the à la carte menu offers limited options. Cod, chicken, or asparagus with egg are the main courses. With some difficulty, I choose two dishes, and my husband three. My hesitation? €174, €27 of which was for five egg-stained asparagus spears and four almonds. I heated up my dinner at home to fill my stomach after drinking wine. After expressing my disappointment, the well-fed chef (does he eat at his mother's?) told me I should have had the first course. Clearly? For €27, five asparagus spears... what a pretension to think there was more on the plate. Consider that for the legume salad you see in the photo, they asked us if we wanted a half portion: what would they have served us? If you're on a diet and have money to waste, go for it.
