14/09/2025: had such a great experience at this cocktail bar! The service was amazing – super friendly and attentive. The drinks were incredibly tasty, and the aperitive plate that came with the drinks was definitely worth it. What made the night even more fun was when our waiter invited us to play a little game: he offered a “secret cocktail” with four ingredients, and if you guessed them all correctly, you’d get one for free. We managed to get it right (with a little help 😉), and it was such a unique and entertaining touch. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great drinks, good vibes, and a bit of fun. I won’t spoil the answer to the game, but here’s a tip – don’t overthink it!

26/10/2025: Excellent ice cream shop, but the Peruvian woman who was there this evening, after running away, forgot to give me the chocolate cream that they have been giving me for 10 years (the running away was negligible on my part but not the forgetfulness)

08/10/2025: Amazing gelato, and really lovely flavors. Highly recommend. My only complaint is that when they scoop the gelato onto your ice cream cone, they sort of stick each scoop on the side, making it rather difficult to eat. I’m not sure why they don’t just stick it on top.

15/10/2025: Come A Casa is EXCELLENT! Upscale atmosphere, super attentive wait staff and the FOOD is over is over the top! Added bonus is the view of Lake Maggiore!

13/10/2025: We arrived in Laveno after visiting the hermitage of S. Caterina and had dinner in this restaurant where we found friendly staff and a nice Lombard menu. The risotto, polenta with stew and gnocchi were good. The prices were reasonable and the veranda overlooking the lake was beautiful.

22/11/2025: Yesterday was the third time I wasn't convinced the rib eye was inedible, with more than half of it left on the plate. I recommend it for those who don't mind eating well.

30/09/2025: I went for lunch with two friends on Sunday, September 21st. We ate wonderfully. The appetizer was superb, the blueberry risotto was FABULOUS. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was professional and attentive. We'll be back soon.

08/12/2025: I really have to thank Andrea from the B&B where I stayed and the other reviews that convinced me to book this wonderful restaurant. We met Lucia, who served us an exquisite dinner. We truly enjoyed four first courses, each one better than the last. I tried three, including agnolotti in brodo, which was absolutely amazing. My son had tagliatelle with a delicate duck sauce; my other son had gnocchi with taleggio cheese, which were very tasty; and my partner had bigoli with sardines, which I didn't try but he said was delicious. For second courses, we had spectacular Venetian liver, and the little ones had a generous tiramisu and chocolate salami. All truly delicious at a truly reasonable price. I highly recommend it if you're passing through or if you're looking for an alternative lunch, stop by—you won't be disappointed.

07/11/2025: A group of friends passing through, a small restaurant that happened to have last-minute availability. Traditional cuisine, with seasonal specials. A well-kept yet welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Impeccable service. But the food was truly above average, from starters to desserts, even the bread served at the table, everything was absolutely superb, with a good selection of wines, including from small local producers. We'll be back, even just for the best pike in sauce we've ever had.

29/09/2025: By pure chance, we found this place on a map near where we were staying, and it was a wonderful discovery. What's most striking is the extreme attention to detail, both in the food (we decided to try the off-menu dishes featuring seasonal ingredients, all truly excellent and unpredictable) and in the location and the very intimate and welcoming atmosphere. It's a shame we live so far away! We hope to return soon!

02/12/2025: A simple and charming place. Some friends and I used the downstairs room for a private party featuring pizza and karaoke, and we had a great time! €18 per person for the aforementioned pizza and drink, which I'd say is in line with many similar offers. The pizza is also good, though the variety isn't great, but that's okay.

19/11/2025: Found via Google, we were skeptical when we arrived, but once we opened the door, a whole new world opened up: an 80s/90s-style beer bar with friendly, up-to-the-minute staff. Good beers, truly gigantic sandwiches!
