06/08/2024: Conosco questo Ristorate da circa 44 anni, diverse ricorrenze di mio figlio piccolo sono state celebrate alla Scaletta, nonostante questo non sono certo di avere ma lasciato una recensione. Conosco il locale da ancora prima della sapiente ristrutturazione fatta ormai tanti anni fa. I titolari sono ancora in attività ma affiancati oggi, in sala ed i cucina, dai figli. Il locale è sempre molto curato e dall'atmosfera molto accogliente. Da qualche anno sono state aggiungiunte anche alcume camere. La cucina è molto cresciuta, piatti molto curati e prozioni generose. Servizio in sala impeccabile nei tempi e nei modi. Conto adeguato alla qualità offerta. Una riconferma.

19/08/2024: Inability to manage the room. They take orders ONLY for drinks and appetizers but for pizzas they say "we'll have to wait, we'll come later because the kitchen is full" (half the place empty). Entry at 8pm, after 45 minutes no one on 10 tables still had pizzas as the orders processed were mainly for takeaway. Good pizza. Finally, after 15 minutes waiting for the bitters (kindly offered) we decide to decline the offer and go out (2 hours).

18/08/2024: We changed pizzeria. Excellent pizza, friendly staff and nice environment. They should lower the prices.

18/07/2024: Second dinner at the Refection, I can't find a single thing on which I can give a less than brilliant opinion. Beautiful location, relaxing and perfect acoustics. Excellent food, welcome with unsurpassed amberjack and tuna tartare. But all very good. Maurizio and Giovanna (the owners) are very kind, approachable and at the same time extremely professional.

16/07/2024: An evening bordering on perfection, exceptional food, top service, beautiful venue, especially the room with a window overlooking the garden.

25/08/2024: Semplicemente la miglior pizza della zona!!! Impasto meraviglioso ed abbinamenti spettacolari ! Staff super gentile e consegna a domicilio sempre impeccabile.. I nostri preferiti da sempre !

22/08/2024: What can I say, I've been getting pizza at this place since it opened. The pizza is really super, without a doubt the best in the area. When you bring it home it still remains crunchy unlike others that become rubber (sooner or later I will discover the secret :-))). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff... one evening they made me a takeaway calzone and it came out slightly burnt... (I would have eaten it anyway) but they didn't help me, they made it again... what can I say super pizzeria recommended and if the times are long be patient... they work really hard... maybe to get it faster I should redo a terrible review so I'll just go there :-))) good again. Until next time

21/07/2024: Proprietari sempre gentilissimi, i prodotti sono sempre freschissimi e di eccellente qualità, presente da moltissimi anni nella via è un punto di riferimento importante per l'acquisto di dolci, torte, brioche, biscotti e anche articoli salati, pasticceria favolosa di altissima qualità, torte di compleanno decisamente ottime e si fa sempre un'ottima figura per la bontà
