The staff lives up to the occasion: professional, attentive, and never intrusive. Each course is presented with passion, and the pairing suggestions are always spot-on. The dishes amaze with their creativity and thoughtful combinations: unexpected flavors that work. You can sense a cuisine that dares without losing balance, where each ingredient has a precise meaning in the story of the dish.
Manna is a complete sensory experience. The chef deserves to be better known; he may seem too "serious," but I think it's interesting to chat with him between courses. :)

This place is so good. The relaxed nature, the decor, the disco ball in the toilet. It's just cool. There happened to be a lightening storm outside which made the place pop every couple of minutes and added to the experience as thunder rattled down the road.
The food is next level. The best fine dining Italian I've ever had, arguably 2 of the most memorable courses I've ever had. The amuse bouche was a foccacia with pumpkin puree and rosemary, top class. Next I had the lamb ravioli, an absolute masterclass. So much flavour in each element from the filling to the 'oyster herb' to the dark fruit puree. Just so good. Couldn't come here and not try the famous rice dishes, though having not done a tonne of research I wondered why a slice of cheese on rice was so well loved, well that's because its not cheese. It's solid beef marrow which as you reach for your cutlery begins to melt before your eyes, each bite with a different mouth feel as the marrow melts through. Amazing. Finished with the highly reccomend Tarte Tatan and I understand why its reccomend. Crispy, chewy, bitter, sweet, hot, cold, sticky. Delicious.
Service was great, all very friendly and accommodating.
I have 0 idea why this place hasn't got a star. I'll 100% be back, even if its the reason that brings me back to Milan.

Their food is among the best I’ve ever had in Italy—no exaggeration. The green risotto and green pasta were especially outstanding. I’m sure I’ll be back to visit Milan again.

We had a really great dinner here and enjoyed the whole experience. The space is modern and intimate. Service was friendly and attentive, which we appreciated.
The food was creative but still felt very Italian. The pasta was one of the highlights for me simple but full of flavour. The onion soup with foie gras was rich and comforting, especially on a cold evening. The risotto was also very memorable, creamy with a nice depth of flavour.
Our fish main was cooked perfectly and very delicate, with a beautiful balance of flavours. Even the small bites and bread were thoughtful and showed good attention to detail.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable and refined dining experience. Not overly heavy, not too complicated, just well executed and satisfying. I would definitely come back again when visiting.

We went because a friend works in the kitchen, but it was a surprise to find exceptional food, with menus offering a wide variety of dishes and the right amount and order for each course: you leave feeling full ;) The wines are adequate, at more than fair prices. Friendly staff (the initial Negroni was spectacular), and the owner is friendly. We will definitely be back, but please don't believe this review and don't go there; we'll always find a table ;)
