10/01/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was truly thrilled. The cuisine is authentic and home-cooked, strongly rooted in seasonal ingredients, with dishes that showcase the genuine flavors of tradition and convey passion and attention to every detail.
The pizza section is also excellent: the pizzas are large, well-topped, and above all, light and digestible, thanks to a carefully crafted dough and proper leavening. Alongside the more classic options, there's no shortage of gourmet toppings, sophisticated yet always balanced, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates.
The location is another great strength: meticulously maintained, industrial-style, welcoming, and modern at the same time. Parking is extremely convenient, a detail that's far from obvious and truly appreciated. The staff is competent, courteous, and always available, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable.
The real highlight, however, is the extensive wine selection: a rich and well-researched list, with quality labels that perfectly complement each dish. A restaurant that combines tradition, quality, innovation, and customer service, highly recommended.
Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of everything; I was busy eating and enjoying the place and the company! 😂
06/12/2025: Well-made, thin, round Roman pizza. The place doesn't have many seats, so in the winter, it's definitely a good idea to book, otherwise you risk being booked out. A wide selection of pizzas and an excellent wine list.

21/08/2025: Luckily, we only ordered a seafood salad, which had nothing but strips of squid mixed with carrots for €15—a total disappointment.
When I pointed out the inadequate dish to the staff, the arrogant response was "sorry," with a knowing smile.
Stay away if you can.
18/08/2025: The fried food is always good, but the quality of the pizza has dropped a bit compared to the previous time 👍

06/12/2025: Terrible, I can't give it a -5 star. If you want to make a bread platter, this is the right place. Ordered a platter for two: 4 slices of poor quality mortadella, 3 pieces of speck, 2 green olives, of course there are 2 of you, one each🤨,, 4 pieces of aubergine, 4 transparent slices of cheese, then a lot of bread passed for bruschetta. Poor service like the raw material, in 2 hours 40 people were lost... 40aaaaaaaa (counted) for the wait, that's money. The staff consists of 3 people, one at the cash register / bar, one who makes these "wonderful" platters and a girl lost in the space who serves at the tables. In the land of cured meats and cheeses this deserves 1st place for shame.
28/09/2025: The drinks were really good, but the service was quite slow. We ordered a large platter, which, in my opinion, wasn't large at all and was overpriced for what was on offer, although the quality of the products was quite good. Note that bread or focaccia are not served to accompany the cured meats and cheeses: to get them, you must order a white pinsa separately (for an extra charge), otherwise you have to eat them yourself.
Another negative was the bill: it wasn't possible to split it based on what each person consumed (personal drinks plus the portion of the platter). In the end, only one person had to pay the full amount, as this was considered "too complicated."
If you're just looking for a drink, I recommend it, as they're truly excellent. If you're planning on a full aperitivo with something to eat, honestly, there are better options in the area with a more affordable quality/price ratio.

30/12/2025: Extremely kind staff, delicious breakfast, and a bar overlooking the little square, where the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. We stayed for a couple of days in Viterbo. We had breakfast at the bar and realized the evening we returned to Rome that our daughter had left the doll she'd received for Christmas there. They sent it back to us right away!!! An unusual gesture in this fast-paced world. Thanks to all the staff!
18/12/2025: The staff, to say the least, was slow. We arrived and the waitress told us there were no free tables. We immediately spotted one that just needed clearing. We sat down and, after repeatedly asking to have it cleared and to order, decided to leave. We sat for 45 minutes and were ignored. Still, I'm not surprised. It's typical Viterbo style.

25/05/2025: The atmosphere is charming and the staff is very kind and eager, perhaps understaffed (?). It's a shame to waste the opportunity with an ordinary choice of dishes and sad cuisine :-(

18/07/2025: Terrible service. If there was a chance to give it zero stars, I would. We waited two hours for service, and they only brought us an appetizer and two pasta dishes. The waiter was in a terrible mood, incompetent, I'd say. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to waste money. A terrible experience, I hope to never have it again.
