A delightful food and wine experience in one of Italy's most beautiful villages, this restaurant offers a colorful, respectful display of traditional flavors, transforming a dull, rainy Sunday. A warm welcome and attentive, attentive service made the experience enjoyable. One area for improvement would be better positioning of the tables, as the restaurant is very narrow... its rectangular perimeter makes distances almost impossible to define. The "Pinataccia" truly evokes the flavors of times gone by. Desserts are above-average in price, yet delicate on the palate. Highly recommended! 🔝💯

Excellent cuisine and a quaint location just a few hundred meters outside the town gate. Helpful and friendly staff. Meticulously prepared dishes, complete with an excellent "gentiana forte" digestive. Reasonably priced.

We were here for lunch yesterday and we're still licking our lips. The portions were just right, everything was delicious, and beautifully plated. The first courses were delicious, and the meat was incredibly tender. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and quick despite the restaurant being packed. The prices were fair for the quality. If you're in Vitorchiano, I recommend trying it.

Delicious, flavorful, and well-balanced dishes. We ordered the cavatelli with cheese, pepper, and truffle, the robiola and pear parcels with mushroom sauce, and the potato skewers. We finished with the walnut and hazelnut terrine. Each dish was better than the last, the pasta was excellent, and overall, a delightful dinner. I recommend it to anyone passing through Vitorchiano.

I went here for lunch and overall it was a positive experience. The restaurant is quaint and a bit small but welcoming, with a few tables outside on the path leading to the restaurant. I had lunch outside. The food was good, the portions were satisfying, the service a bit slow, but overall it was a nice experience. I recommend booking.

Paolo Buzzi's Zafferano restaurant was a delightful Easter Monday surprise. The lunch was perfect, and the owner's kindness made the food even better, if that were possible. Despite our being an hour late, the owner was kind enough to reserve a table and wait for us. We were lucky, because we would have missed out on a truly delicious meal. This is no small feat: in a time when prices are skyrocketing, the restaurant maintains affordable prices, a significant factor given the quality of the food. We'll be back, thanks Paolo!
