06/08/2024: A terrible feeling of deception. We ordered three portions of pasta for 10.10, 12 euros. In addition, potatoes for 5. And drinks for 5.5 euros. It should have been 42.5. The bill ended up being 62.5 euros. It turned out that another 20 euros cost 0.5 liters of clean water, three pieces of bread and simply the fact that we were seated at tables. In Portugal, where we live, we have never seen anything like this.
The food is freshly prepared, but nothing fancy.
24/07/2024: La miglior carbonara di Roma. E ne abbiamo assaggiate parecchie, personale gentilissimo e tutto buonissimo dagli antipasti alle paste tipiche romane. Il cuoco fa pasta fatta in casa e con passione ( e savoir faire). Ottima esperienza. Torneremo presto.

27/07/2024: Last night we visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a very pleasant discovery, from the particularity of the starters to the goodness of the desserts.
Owners at ease, they work as if they were at home and this transports you to a peaceful atmosphere.

Opened not long ago, this tavern smells of passion: in the furnishings, made of delicious modern furniture, in the food, expertly and tastefully prepared, in the service, competent, kind. All the dishes we had were excellent. I particularly recommend 2 spectacular desserts: the limoncello babà and the Pizzo Calabro truffle with dark chocolate. A real ecstasy. The wine list is also excellent. The price is absolutely adequate, we will be back!

21/08/2024: Cantonese people can finally eat Cantonese food. I personally like it very much. Compared with other restaurants that only fry frozen food and thicken it, it is already very good.

03/08/2024: My boyfriend and I go into withdrawal if too much time passes since our last breakfast at Cafe Merenda. We have been customers for years and it has never ceased to amaze us. The pain au chocolat and the cream croissant are highly recommended, but I suggest you also try the "special" products that Chiara offers on her counter from time to time.

08/08/2024: Ate badly, actually more... The baked potatoes that accompanied the burger only tasted of garlic and were cold... The meat was decent but nothing exceptional and the sauces never mind... And do we want to talk about the waiters? They don't even know what it means to be in contact with people! Rude is the least, especially one of them.
08/08/2024: I ordered a white pinsa with ham and raw mozzarella, black ham and sour mozzarella.

10/08/2024: Camerieri incompetenti. Denigrano il cliente ( di fronte a quest'ultimo tra l'altro), negando l'evidenza dell'errore commesso. Per non parlare della "capo cucina" (forse è questo il suo ruolo?), che ti guarda e risponde con aria di sufficenza. Per non parlare dei piatti che non è che siano buonissimi. Li definirei "carini" (esattamente: l'ho messo tra virgolette). Dopo aver capito che una persona, con cui ero venuta, era cliente abituale chiedono scusa (neanche a me, ma a lei). In conclusione metto una stella per non metterne zero.
28/07/2024: Food of poor quality and quantity except for the amatriciana which, as the waiter promised us, was real and the cake was of a good standard.
Simply sumptuous service, waiter, but first and foremost Man, of world caliber.
He refused the tip and then offered a drink in exchange. I don't recommend going there to eat, just go in to have a chat with the waiter.

29/07/2024: Amazing gelattos! Very out of the box flavors, each one more delicious and amazing that the next one. Loved the wasabi chocolate and pistschio combo, and my girlfriend tried the pistachio with coffee, amaretto and rum...simply amazing!

09/08/2024: Just ordered, terrible experience. The food that arrived at my home was missing ingredients. I didn't receive any phone call to warn me (I would have changed the menu, if notified) instead I found myself spending a not very cheap amount (35 euros) to eat dishes missing at least half of the ingredients. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication. I would have preferred to be notified beforehand by telephone, as many other managers do.

Uno spettacolare quadro che rimarrà per sempre nel ricordo di una giornata perfetta 💚 La scelta non si sarebbe mai potuta rivelare migliore di così .. in ogni opinione dei nostri ospiti ed in ogni apprezzamento abbiamo ritrovato la gioia e la felicità di essere esattamente dove dovevamo essere.
Siamo stati accolti ed aiutati in ogni aspetto dell'organizzazione, che è stata agevolissima e leggera grazie ad una persona formidabile e qualificata come Eleonora, ci siamo sentiti subito sollevati dalla sua esperienza e la fiducia in lei riposta è andata ben oltre ogni aspettativa: il buffet è stato strepitoso, tutti i piatti curatissimi ed il servizio è stato veloce ed attento nonostante i numerosi commensali.. dalle bomboniere alla torta, dal vino ad ogni bottiglia servita.. è stato tutto talmente perfetto che le parole non posso esaurire la meraviglia di un'eccellenza così alta. 03/05/2024: Dopo avervi celebrato e festeggiato il mio matrimonio, siamo tornati per il 50esimo dei miei genitori. Io trovo difficile spiegare la cura dei particolari, la professionalità, l'abbondanza e la delizia del cibo, la raffinatezza del posto e l'incanto del panorama! Non potevo desiderare di meglio per me e per i miei cari. Tornerei nella Tenuta mille altre volte e la consiglierei a chiunque volesse dare un tocco di classe e del buon cibo alla propria cerimonia! Un ringraziamento speciale ad Eleonora: solo chi mette passione nel proprio lavoro riesce a fare di questo un CAPOLAVORO!!!
