20/07/2025: Returning to Up Ristorante Enoteca in Velletri after about two years was a very pleasant surprise. I'd been frequenting the place after dinner since 2015. Well... returning was better than I remembered. The place is becoming more and more refined, year after year. You can see a constant improvement in the attention to detail and the elegance of the atmosphere. The welcome was warm from the first moment: they escorted us to the aperitif area and served us bubbles with homemade appetizers, including breadsticks and a freshly baked focaccia—delicious! A gesture that really struck me was the staff physically opening the menu for you and handing it to you: it's a rare touch these days, but it conveys a sincere care for the guest. The same goes for the bubbles or even the water: they serve it to you, opening the bottle at the table and pouring the first glass for everyone at the table. Details, yes... but they say so much. The table was set with taste and attention: a simple but clean table setting, and a third chair to put bags or coats. A rare touch that I greatly appreciated. We ordered an appetizer and a first course: the service was very quick, and the dishes were generous and of high quality. You could really tell the ingredients were carefully selected. The staff is competent, kind, and attentive. There's a rare continuity, because many of the staff have been working there for years, and you can sense how much they care. They're ready to listen to any feedback and welcome you with a smile. We didn't order dessert just because we were full... but we'll definitely be back for that too!

09/10/2025: A super welcoming place in the Policlinico area, just steps from La Sapienza University. I was extremely impressed by how, despite being so central, you can still feel the chaos of Rome. The staff is super friendly, polite, and attentive to every detail. Special thanks go to "Don Ciccio" for his skill. He was able to perfectly match the type of wine I wanted with just a few simple questions. I will definitely be back with my colleagues.

It's a stunning place, with a restaurant room meticulously curated by the staff. It felt like being on a cruise ship, you could see the Tiber River rippling against the glass. Truly enchanting, a unique place 😍. The staff gets a top rating. Congratulations to everyone for the organization and success of the event. Everything was delivered according to our agreed-upon budget, handled with great professionalism 👍. The food gets a top rating. The roast beef with zucchini scapece and salted ricotta was delicious, the pasta all'amatriciana was delicious, and the mille-feuille cake with custard was truly superb. The custard tasted like custard, and the pastry was freshly baked 👍. Guaranteed fun with after-dinner music. A 10 out of 10 for everything, a place I'll continue to recommend to friends. 12/10/2025: Five stars for the price: €21.90 per person with an AYCE plan. Water €3 and soft drinks €2.80. Despite the large staff, the service is slow and inattentive, as orders either arrive incorrectly or are lost altogether. If anything, increase the kitchen staff or avoid overcrowding the place with customers if you can't serve them properly! The atmosphere is very noisy. The quality of the food is also poor.

06/09/2025: I've heard so much about your coffee, so I felt the need to try it for myself. I took a nearly two-hour commute because there's a strike and the B line was closed (strangely). The atmosphere is very lively, and the people who frequent it are very dynamic. A wide variety of options for the perfect dessert.

17/09/2025: Some of the reviews are misleading, my overall experience was so good. Butter chicken was delicious. A must try whenever you are in Rome and looking for authentic Indian-Pakistani food, I will go there again for sure.
