Doppiozero Pizza In Ladispoli

I ordered a tray of three flavors, and alas, despite the well-aired dough, it was overcooked, under-seasoned, and extremely dry. The mozzarella didn't arrive because it was so dry.

I went last night after a long time. I found the pizza dough very good as always, but the prices have gone up and the toppings on the pizzas have decreased. The mozzarella is practically non-existent now, so I can say that the pizza is good, crunchy and light, but it's more like a focaccia now because it's very plain! I'm sad because it used to be among my favorite pizzerias, but now it's no longer!

Definitely the best pizza in Ladispoli. My favorite is the salmon, burrata, poppy seeds, pink peppercorns, basil leaves, and orange zest...world-class! Unfortunately, I've often had it on Via Messico, and they often don't add basil, pink peppercorns, or even orange zest.

The pizza is delicious, with a light, easy-to-digest dough. Many flavors, often with seasonal ingredients. The fried foods are delicious and dry. Supplì alla carbonara are top-notch. The staff are all clean, friendly, and polite, and it's clear the owners care. We basically come back at least once a week. Highly recommended.

A truly top-notch pizzeria, with one of the best doughs I've ever eaten: crispy and super-honeycombed, incredibly digestible. To be really picky, I would have liked the stracchino and ciauscolo to have been slightly more seasoned, but the dough alone makes up for it.

Excellent quality and very kind staff who always welcome customers with a smile... something that unfortunately is no longer so common.

The pizza by the slice is truly delicious. We've been here more than once and had a wonderful meal both times. We had a calzone with potatoes, vegetables, and ventricina, which was delicious; a supplì alla carbonara, which was very good; an amatriciana pizza, which was good, though the guanciale could have been more pronounced; a stuffed pizza with chicken salad, which was very good; and a pizza with ciavuscolo and stracchino, which was also very good. Final rating: 8.5/10

Combo sweet!!...eat a delicious pizza then indulge in some mini supplì...and to finish??...a shower of NUTELLA for dessert!. Bravo, bravo!
