The pizza with burrata, salmon and basil, heavy as it may seem, was fragrant and very digestible. We ate it on tables outside. Prices above average but justified by the quality. Inviting products, beautiful to look at and excellent to taste! A long counter full of tempting pizzas with many and varied flavors will make even the least greedy people fall into temptation. Smart, kind and patient staff, ready to advise if you are undecided on the choice (thanks Simona). The croquettes made with real mashed potatoes are excellent, the carbonara, truffle, spicy nduja, speck and gorgonzola supplì are delicious. After tasting the ciuscolo and stracciatella pizzas, potatoes and sausage, cooked ham and mozzarella and the classic margherita, the desire to test others remained constant. A little patience during peak hours when the wait can be a little long. Possibility to order trays (max three flavors for each) to take away and collect them personally. We were 6 adults and three children; we ate 6 croquettes, 8 supplì, almost 3kg of pizza and spent around sixty euros. Highly recommended.

La pizza con burrata, salmone e basilico per quanto possa sembrare pesante è risultata fragrante e digeribilissima. La abbiamo consumata su tavolini all'esterno. Prezzi al di sopra della media ma giustificati dalla qualità.

Come sempre una buona scelta di pizze al taglio ( forse un pochino troppo cotte.e poco riscaldate.....) Prezzo nella norma, personale cortese. Il posto è proprio in mezzo a Viale Italia e richiama sempre molte persone.....proprio per questo ,dal mio punto di vista , sta diventando un pochino angusto. Tutte le foto fatte con il telefonino

Went yesterday and got three varieties of pizza. excellent because the base is crunchy, Roman pizza style. some types are "tall in thickness". a note on the display stand. I don't know who designed it but frankly I would never have made it almost as tall as a person.... the right height for a pizza counter is 125-135 cm. I take the liberty because I have been dealing with the ergonomic display of products for many years. it is uncomfortable and many people, such as not very tall women, have difficulty seeing. and even as an overall view of the bench, the style is, in my opinion, not optimal. in short, even the eye wants its part.... otherwise the products tasted were excellent.

Non conosco bene il gergo culinario ma credo che con questa attività si possa parlare a pieno titolo di pizza al taglio gourmet. Ottima e unica nel suo genere a Ladispoli e dintorni.

Non una semplice pizzeria a taglio come ce ne possono essere tante. L'impasto croccante, morbido e leggero allo stesso tempo, la varietà dei condimenti ne esaltano la differenza. Ottimi anche i supplì (provate quello alla carbonara) e i calzoni. Ci ripasseremo sicuramente

Pizzeria a taglio molto organizzata e ben tenuta. Tavolini all' interno e all' esterno dell' attività. L' offerta è molto varia. Buonissimi i fritti. Personale simpatico e disponibile.
