27/08/2024: Unmissable meeting point on Sunday morning before our trips. The desserts are always fresh and excellent, I recommend the Bombe alla Crema, a real Mast....The coffee and cappuccinos are also excellent, the staff is always quick and kind and is the icing on the cake. The proximity to the tobacconist is also excellent.

25/05/2024: Grazie mille! A smiling and charming cook. She prepares everything herself. The pizza slices are generous and delicious! (7€ for 2 portions) If you are in Grottaferrata eat there even if you are not hungry you will not regret it. I recommend without hesitation :)

08/06/2024: I was craving a crepe near my house and found this place online. The prices are reasonable, the man who served us, who I believe is the owner, prepared the crepe with so much patience and care, and it was delicious. 100% recommended.

20/06/2024: It's like being at home. Lots of little things to eat. Well selected. You can drink wine or have lunch or dinner. Good as an aperitif, with a discreet and knowledgeable host. Great quality of wines. Unmissable appointment. In every season. In a very beautiful, refined and atmospheric medieval square.

16/08/2024: We went yesterday, on August 15th, with friends to eat pizza. Parking is difficult to find. It's true that we were 30 people, but we didn't end up there by chance: we booked well in advance, so they were aware of the number of customers to be served. You can't dedicate just one person to taking orders from 30 customers. They joined the tables lengthwise; so to talk to someone at the end of the "car" you had to get up and sit at the whole table. A more rational way of arranging the tables had been suggested, but it wasn't even taken into consideration. Those who had the fried foods said they were good (supplì, courgette flower with ricotta and anchovy, croquette). The pizzas were a little moist underneath; thin and with a nice edge, yes. Those who had the capricciosa and carbonara found them excessively salty; the margherita was decent, if a little too soft in the center. Very few, I think 6, had a draft beer; still and sparkling water in the carafes, a few cokes, 7 or 8 took bitters at the end of the meal, 1 person 1 ice cream cup. Dividing the bill, we ended up paying 25 euros per person.. For those who only took 1 pizza and water (for example, I had a simple margherita, among other things..) I would say that it was a fairly expensive pizza. I don't think I will eat there again. Maybe I could give the benefit of the doubt by returning in a smaller number, just with my family, but for now the idea doesn't cross my mind.

28/08/2024: I went to eat a pizza a few evenings ago, the place inside is very nice, I was outside with condensation from a pipe which every now and then got a few drops of water, the service was excellent and friendly, 4 people had pizza, 2 of them didn't have it digested, nothing to say about the products but I also found the dough heavy.

15/08/2024: Terrible food: tasteless fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, we added parmesan to give more flavor to the dish and it was rancid, lamb cacciatore? Only bones, salty baked potatoes and undercooked inside. I didn't have the courage to order dessert.....!

14/08/2024: Excellent restaurant. Very warm and characteristic place, quiet location. The large fireplace is beautiful. Ate appetizers (many courses), first courses and desserts. All very good. Genuine and selected ingredients. Really good homemade desserts. Very friendly, fast and helpful staff. Truly a nice discovery. We will definitely be back. Returned in the summer, ate outdoors, in the shade of the large trees out there. We had a great time.

01/07/2024: Good morning!!! I moved to via Aosta in Rome also for FATAMORGANA since my wife has celiac disease. Before knowing Fatamorgana ice creams, I always took pistachio and hazelnut or hazelnut and pistachio as flavours🤣 I met the owner Miss FELICIA, I and only I can call her TAMARA, only she knows why 😁 One day I shocked her taking on different tastes from my usual ones. Since then it has been a riot of flavours. Every time I pass by I ask "Tamara" if there is some new flavor to try and she looks at me more and more shocked but also pleased. What to say? You have to taste them all… you will thank me. The only flaw, which arrived recently, is that those wonderful cheesecake cakes are no longer on display, you have to order them.
