Stunning! We drove up a mystery lane, paused by a donkey who right on cue brayed a welcome through our window! Enchanting. Arrived at Il Rifugio dei Cardinali and loved it. Expansive views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. Very romantic. Warm welcome and delicious food. Delicious original drinks. Excellent meat cooked to perfection over hot coals and very tasty vegetarian options. Everything was exceptional. And the Cardinali family are really lovely!

I can't rate the rooms. Dinner was good, the amatriciana was excellent.

I didn't use room service, but simply went for lunch. Starting with the service, I can say it was fast and courteous. The dishes were truly excellent, the starters were delicious, and the picanha was excellent. Recommended for families and groups of friends.

We were here with friends for lunch! The meat was truly excellent, and the first courses were also very good, with exceptional combinations and flavors... it's a shame about the coconut panna cotta, which, paired with the mango, didn't taste all that good... but everything else was excellent and of high quality! Excellent service, very friendly... The location was truly relaxing. When the bill arrived, however, we didn't quite understand the individual costs of each course or whether mistakes had been made (since we were a group of 15), because it only had the total.

Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that parking is a bit difficult. However, the restaurant deserves 5 stars or more.

I spent a weekend here with my partner. It's a magnificent place surrounded by nature, where you can unwind and enjoy the spectacular sea view. We were simply amazed by the restaurant—nearly EVERYTHING is homemade and incredibly fresh. The staff is always so kind and available for anything—it feels like family.
