22/01/2026: After an early dinner of cacio e pepe, we went for an after-party. They have both terrace and indoor seating, and since the majority of guests were indoors, we chose the indoor option! The wife and husband who greeted us were warm and welcoming, instantly relieving our chilled bodies and minds. 😁 The three of us decided to drink a bottle of red wine! We also had some flavorful olives and our first-ever homemade sesame crackers, which were incredibly thin, rustic, and had the perfect amount of saltiness! My Mexican architecture major and I were absolutely thrilled! We added some red meat (or sashimi?) or tartar sauce and ate it on the crackers. The wine that washed down the two dishes was also amazing! We'll definitely be back to see the husband and wife again! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

16/02/2026: We visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day and had a truly special experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and romantic, perfect for a romantic evening. A huge plus was the attention to celiac disease: my girlfriend has celiac disease and felt completely at ease. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and tasty, from appetizer to dessert, and the service was friendly without being intrusive. It was a dinner that made us feel pampered and one we will fondly remember. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for a restaurant in Rome that caters to intolerances without sacrificing quality.

27/08/2025: We dined at this restaurant the day before yesterday, a small group of friends, including an Englishman and a vegetarian. The daily menu is very simple: it offers an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, traditional Roman first courses, and grilled meats. The surprises come in the dishes not on the printed menu, namely the chef's suggestions, which are therefore different every day, according to the seasons and the inspiration of the day. The chef's appetizers are amazing; one portion is enough for two, and the quantities are enough to already be considered a dinner. We had fried pizzelle with ragù (plus a small fried calzone with mozzarella and zucchini flowers for the vegetarian version), filo pastry baskets with ricotta, croquettes and supplì (homemade), breaded and fried spaghetti frittatas, burrata, meatballs, Danish rolls... such a variety of small dishes and foods that I'm surely forgetting something. The first courses were also very good (ravioli with ricotta and saffron, spaghetti with Tagalog olives, stracciatella, and almonds) and the sliced ​​steak. The dessert was a fitting end: the tiramisu was excellent, and the baked bomb with custard was even better. A special mention goes to the two people who looked after us: a husband and wife, she serving, he the chef. I couldn't say which of the two was kinder and more helpful, both attentive and with a huge smile throughout the evening.

06/03/2026: I'd never been there, but my parents had been there several times, a long time ago; before I was born. Now they live in another region, so they haven't had the chance. So it was my first time. There were six of us. We all had a great time. The owner, a true Roman, very friendly, cordial, polite, and intelligent, explained the menu to us. We started with some very original and unique appetizers. All very good. There were several courses. Then we each had a first course. Definitely good. The place is meticulously designed down to the last detail. It's one of a kind, with decor impossible to copy or imitate. There's also a room, the grotto, ideal for more privacy. I didn't get a good look because there was a very young couple there, and I didn't want to disturb them. When I return to Rome, I'll definitely go there again. Oh, and there's not even a sign outside. And in the nice weather, you can eat in the garden. I recommend it.

For example, the artichoke as starter was way too plain which I can’t tell what plan to serve as it was mentioned and I can’t even taste the ingredients mentioned.

14/03/2026: Highly overrated places. Service is terrible (took an hour for appetizer and no apology, when pointed about about the lack of taste in a dish the answer was “are you kidding”? Food is pretentious but lacks substance. Clearly a restaurant for people who like to think that they are fancy but have no clue about good food

14/12/2025: Moro's is also on Just Eat, but they only accept reservations after 7:00 PM, which would be fine if you're able to handle the requests! I pre-ordered at around 5:00 PM, and at 7:15 PM I was notified that the order had been cancelled. Very unprofessional, especially since it's much harder to find availability at 7:15 PM. If you want to offer a service on Just Eat, you have to organize it yourself. You can't cancel an order placed in the afternoon in the evening.
