The staff was very attentive and helpful. The dishes were excellent—a pleasant surprise. I chose from the à la carte menu and had the artichoke as starter, grilled quail, and tempura red mullet; they were all superb. I would definitely go back.

A wonderful experience, a place that stays with you, from the attention to detail to the food pairings. We ordered the Artigiano Curioso tasting menu, and I must say it more than met our personal tastes. This isn't a restaurant that pretends to be true; they truly believe in it and know how to do it well. Their dishes are meticulously crafted, from appearance to flavor. The service is truly excellent. We've been back several times and will gladly return again.

If you haven't truly tasted Italian food, don't tell people you spent your summer vacation in Rome. This is one of the best restaurants in Rome; I tried it last summer, and their food is truly delicious and appetizing. I highly recommend it.

A high-end restaurant, tucked away on a dead-end street, you'd never pass by by chance. The chef runs the open kitchen, personally supervising certain cooking processes. The cooking, indeed, is of the highest quality. The last time I was there, I tasted a vegetable risotto that filled my mouth with such a combination of flavors that it was hard to distinguish the ingredients, other than the peas and the miso stock. This is also present in other dishes; along with the red mullet tempura, it reveals a certain Japanese charm.
The grilled mutton is beautifully cooked, but it's one of those dishes where the accompanying sauces are just "splashes" on the plate, in keeping with the current haute cuisine trend. Those who dine are therefore free to mix and match, although I personally prefer the chef to create his own unique blend of flavors.
The finger foods offered at the start, as well as the desserts offered at the end, are pleasant surprises.
A modern and elegant venue, with attentive service.
My ratings: 3: I would go back, 4: Very good, something struck me. 5: Exceptional for overall quality or value for money. 2: Not recommended, 1: Terrible.

The curious artisan tasting menu was an excellent choice.
Lots of creativity and attention to detail. The experience was certainly made even more positive by the expertise of the dining room staff (which, even today, is still not a given).
Compliments to those who were able to help with the choice of bottle, which, in my experience, is never easy to pair with an entire menu (eight courses, in this case, including the chef's welcome and pre-dessert).

The pictures of dishes showed a much better imagination of food combination. Unfortunately it doesn’t reconcile nor resonate in live at all. For example, the artichoke as starter was way too plain which I can’t tell what plan to serve as it was mentioned and I can’t even taste the ingredients mentioned.
