09/11/2025: The blonde saleswoman with glasses was very unfriendly and rude, with poor manners and gestures, rushing you and not letting you choose or think about which pastry you wanted.
She was constantly huffing and puffing, unmotivated and angry.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case, I had no other choice.

When some good things are practically right on our doorstep! Especially the zabaglione, coffee, pistachio (various types), and cremino ice cream flavors are excellent.

08/03/2026: We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—they even offered to move us to a nicer table when one became available, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Everything about our visit was fantastic. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I love everything here: the pizza is Roman, thin and easy to digest, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner is a wonderful person. In the winter, there's always a fireplace, and in the summer, there are outdoor tables for enjoying the cool air. Highly recommended!

11/03/2026: For lunch at Zuma, we had the pleasure of being served by Tiziano, and the difference was immediately noticeable. Impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive, with a rare level of professionalism and elegance.
He's one of those waiters who make the dining experience even more enjoyable: precise, kind, and always with the right advice at the right time.
My sincere compliments to Tiziano; service like this makes all the difference.

Well-prepared dishes, varied, and in reasonable quantities.
Perfect sashimi, light and easily digestible fried foods.
Lower prices than many downtown places where you have a timer to finish your meal and leave.
Highly recommended.

06/03/2026: The location is very good, the pizza is also delicious, but the whole experience was ruined by the waiter. We were greeted by a friendly, young waiter right away. We placed our order and admired the establishment. But as soon as I wanted to go to the ladies' room... I was met at the entrance by an older waiter with a disgruntled face. I asked where I could find the restroom. He interrogated me about whether I was a customer and where exactly I was sitting. And all this was done with such reproach that I felt humiliated. Believe me, I don't look like a homeless person. By the way, this attitude was not limited to me. I observed that he was dissatisfied throughout our entire stay in the restaurant and with all the customers.
06/03/2026: The food was excellent.
The server delivered the wrong dish; instead of tiramisu, we received espresso. I then received the correct dish, and the tiramisu as well.
The tiramisu was heavenly!
As I said, the food was excellent, but the service could be better.
