Cremilla In Roma

Excellent ice cream and pastries. The only downsides are the lack of refrigeration and the absence of a restroom.

I went to Rome and tried it, it's great, it's my favorite ice cream shop

Cremilla makes its cannoli entirely by hand on site. Here, you will find the freshly-made cannolo wrap empty in a case. They will fill it to order with freshly-made ricotta cream filling, and dip either or both ends with freshly-chopped pistachio, cioccolata, or nocciola topping. If you are eager to have an authentic cannolo in Rome, and you keep encountering stores with stacks of pre-filled, cioccolato-lined cannoli, and topped with confectioner's sugar (WHY?!), just say no and keep moving until you get to Cremilla or another place that makes cannoli this way. There is no comparison. I was advised that I would have difficulty finding an authentic Sicilian cannolo in Rome. I don't care any more. I had a pre-filled cannolo from the stack at a random store on a crowded, tourist street. It was crap. Then, I had a fresh cannolo made on site at Cremilla. It was amazing. The gelato is also the authentic type and the servings are generous. If you order an affogato, you use the automated espresso machine opposite the cash counter, and poor your espresso yourself.

Nice place, tasty ice-cream. No wc though, what was a bit of a surprise.

The pistachio flavor is delicious, as is the Mediterranean flavor. I also ordered a bread filled with pistachio cream, and it was 10/10. I feel it's a more artisanal gelato compared to the mountainous and extravagant flavors of other places. I recommend it, and the prices are reasonable.

The best ice cream I've ever had. The texture, the flavor, the quality… a 10 out of 10! And the staff was so friendly; I was undecided between two flavors and they let me try them. And the price was incredible. I'll definitely be back.

I've never had such delicious gelato in my life. For €4: three amazing scoops, with chocolate inside the cone… and a cookie. I'll definitely be back while I'm here in Italy :) 🇮🇹 The staff were so friendly. I hope this place keeps up the good work.

Visited in Oct 2023, I got the strawberry custard ice cream (I forgot the name on the menu) and it was one of the best dessert I've tasted during my trip! It's a walking distance from Vatican so it's a must-visit if you're craving for sweet refreshers.

Fantastic! The ice cream was so delicious and creamy, we went there twice a day! 😅 The price was perfectly reasonable and fair for the off-season. We'll be back! 😁
