09/10/2025: I used to go to this place years ago. I've been back. The prices are high for what you get (a drink gets you two fries). Also, one of the people behind the bar commented (very unkindly) on my makeup, suggesting that he thought I was wearing too much (if you guys in the "local" were to read that, no one would have asked for your comment anyway). Leaving aside the people who regularly frequent it... I don't think I'll be back.

04/03/2026: After several reviews from friends, I decided to come here with my colleagues to try more. We tried the pizza straccia, although the stracciatella wasn't very rich and dense, but rather very runny, and the prosciutto was a bit too salty. A cheap pizza with mozzarella, sausage, Genoese pesto, cherry tomatoes, and basil was not bad. The pizza dough was very good, but perhaps the combinations or the ingredients needed rethinking. Then I came to try the tagliatelle with ragù, and this one wasn't quite up to par: the ragù seemed store-bought and honestly, very cheap and flavorless. The gramigna with sausage was a bit better here, but still decent. The cotoletta alla bolognese was average, even if a bit creamy. The staff, depending on the waiter, was sometimes good, with one waiter being less than friendly and the other two being quite friendly. The prices were fair, and the location was nice, in the hills.

10/01/2026: The staff were really kind and attentive. We had three cocktails, all of which were really well-made. We didn't eat anything, so I have nothing to say about that. The location is very unique and, above all, "evocative" for many reasons. I'll be back.

11/12/2025: Excellent and wide selection of filled and plain brioches and croissants, including vegan options! Very good!!! Wide selection of small pastries! 50-year-old establishment, well-maintained and renovated. No table service (self-service with trays).

05/12/2025: For my birthday, I turned to Franco from Pasticceria Opera' because I wanted a spectacular cake, appropriate for the occasion. He listened to my ideas and, in realizing it, added a creative touch, which I was very pleased with. My guests were amazed when they saw the cake arrive. The quality was excellent, as is the rest of his pastry shop.

10/03/2026: Reservation Cancelled After Two Months – Extremely Poor Service This was one of the most frustrating booking experiences I have ever had. About two months ago, I made a confirmed reservation at Hotel Persico’s through Booking.com for my visit to Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna. The total price of the reservation was around 6,300 DKK (about €840) and the booking was fully confirmed. I received the confirmation and planned my entire trip around it. Then, two months later, and only about one month before my trip, I was suddenly contacted and told that the hotel had made a “price mistake”. They asked me to accept a new total price of €1,584 (around 14,000 DKK) — which is more than double the original price. Of course I refused. The mistake was not mine. I booked in good faith and the reservation had already been confirmed. What is even more disappointing is that Booking.com did not protect the customer. I spoke with customer service three separate times, but they did not help resolve the situation. Instead, the reservation was simply cancelled. By the time they cancelled my booking, prices in the area had already increased because of the event in Bologna, which left me in a very difficult situation. A confirmed booking should mean something. Changing the price months later and cancelling the reservation when the customer refuses to pay more is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing service from both the hotel and the platform.

28/01/2026: I have stayed at this property several times for extended work stays. The rooms are clean, with disposable toothbrushes and liquid soap. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

15/12/2025: I'd tasted some delicious cookies bought from a friend some time ago. I tried some amazing cream puffs... tiny, without frosting, with pearl sugar and a fantastic cream... in the art gallery across the street, and I asked where they came from. Spectacular!

15/03/2026: Appetizer with mixed cold cuts, warm crescentine, squacquerone cheese, and homemade friggione. Potato cake with pancetta on top is to die for.

09/12/2025: Corte d’Aibo is one of those places that captivates you from the moment you arrive. Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget. The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity. The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself. The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery. And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special. La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: Let me start by saying we were only there for lunch. Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management. The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

04/03/2026: A rustic place to grab a quick pizza or Calabrian specialties instead of some big fast food joint. They have all kinds of fried meatballs, anduja, etc. The staff is friendly. The place is small and only suitable for standing food or takeout.

04/01/2026: We were 20 people at this restaurant, and the experience was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering the final bill of €1,000. The agreed-upon menu was €39 per person, but the quality of the food was not up to par. In particular, the mutton, in my opinion, had an unpleasant odor, which created considerable discomfort at the table. The tagliata was also dry and poorly prepared, far from what one would expect from a dish of this type. Another negative note: during the service of the first courses, they turned off the heating in the entire restaurant, leaving everyone eating in the cold. This was truly unprofessional, especially with a large group and in the middle of the evening service. Also noteworthy is the house wine, served in a carafe at €10 a liter, which offers a decidedly questionable quality/price ratio. The service overall seemed inattentive and poorly organized, lacking proper management for a table of 20 people. Bottom line: €50 for an anonymous experience, cold "in every sense of the word," and not worth the asking price. I wouldn't recommend it for group dinners or for anyone looking for a modicum of quality for their money.

29/12/2025: I went for dinner with friends at this restaurant outside Imola, surrounded by greenery and tranquility but easily accessible. The classic appetizer, a platter of cured meats with a light, non-greasy fried crescentina, was good. The fried polenta, which is also part of the appetizer, was also very good. Excellent homemade first courses; the special feature is that you can choose your own toppings from the options available, even the same type of pasta but with different toppings. The portions we received were just the right amount, neither too small nor too large, but truly excellent. I won't review the meat because, already full after the appetizers and second courses, we gave up and didn't order a second course. We finished with dessert, which was good but not special. Positive rating for both quality and quantity. It's a shame about the service, which was a bit slow despite the dining room being half empty that evening. We had to wait quite a while between courses, but the waitress (the only one in the dining room) was very kind. I hope it was a one-off mix-up, but I still ate well and will definitely be back to try other dishes.
