09/10/2025: I used to go to this place years ago. I've been back. The prices are high for what you get (a drink gets you two fries). Also, one of the people behind the bar commented (very unkindly) on my makeup, suggesting that he thought I was wearing too much (if you guys in the "local" were to read that, no one would have asked for your comment anyway). Leaving aside the people who regularly frequent it... I don't think I'll be back.

04/01/2026: We were 20 people at this restaurant, and the experience was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering the final bill of €1,000. The agreed-upon menu was €39 per person, but the quality of the food was not up to par. In particular, the mutton, in my opinion, had an unpleasant odor, which created considerable discomfort at the table. The tagliata was also dry and poorly prepared, far from what one would expect from a dish of this type. Another negative note: during the service of the first courses, they turned off the heating in the entire restaurant, leaving everyone eating in the cold. This was truly unprofessional, especially with a large group and in the middle of the evening service. Also noteworthy is the house wine, served in a carafe at €10 a liter, which offers a decidedly questionable quality/price ratio. The service overall seemed inattentive and poorly organized, lacking proper management for a table of 20 people. Bottom line: €50 for an anonymous experience, cold "in every sense of the word," and not worth the asking price. I wouldn't recommend it for group dinners or for anyone looking for a modicum of quality for their money.

12/04/2026: I'm returning to this place, even though I hadn't had a great experience in the past, perhaps because I'd had the Tori Paitan, chicken broth with pork, egg, seaweed, etc., but it wasn't as flavorful. I'd also had the karaage donburi, fried chicken on a bowl of rice and mayonnaise, which I liked better. This time I'm having the karaage bites, but they were truly disappointing, and then the Shiro tonkotsu, pork ramen with egg, seaweed, etc., and compared to the ramen the first time, I liked this one better; it had a stronger, tastier flavor. The place is small, seating less than 20 people, and it's hard to fit two people in because, in order to seat more people, they make you feel really cramped, with no room to move... It's a place worth trying because it's a trend, but honestly, I was expecting something more...

23/03/2026: A well-kept place, good pastries, and even "original" offerings in addition to the classics. There's no room to eat on site, but I like the idea of ​​a true artisanal pastry shop. Prices are very high (I spent 13 euros for 3 pastries...), but if the target audience allows it, they do well and shouldn't be criticized. If I may suggest some improvements: (1) display the prices of the products in the window (or at least make them more obvious, I haven't seen one) (2) clearly state the cost of each product on the receipt and not a "generic" total.

25/03/2026: It opens early in the morning, so I was able to start my day with a fresh sandwich and morning coffee. It is a cafe with a great atmosphere. The staff were also very kind in taking my order. I think I will be visiting often during my trip.

06/05/2026: Restaurant located in the village of Dozza. The interior is very charming and welcoming. I tried the cappellacci stuffed with purple shrimp and scacquerone and the duck leg glazed with chestnut honey (all very good). The passatelli with octopus ragù was also very good. The wine list offers a wide selection of wines from all over Italy. Friendly staff, reasonable prices.

12/04/2026: When quality exceeds expectations. We chose this place without knowing it and reading the reviews. Many of them raised low expectations, but the attention to detail and the careful selection of ingredients far exceeded them. WELL DONE! We ate a sampling of local specialties and drank an excellent Albana, a great value for money. The only flaw was the service; the young woman who served us was always attentive and very pleasant, but unfortunately she was alone serving three rooms on a public holiday like Easter Monday... the wait was sometimes excessively long, but kudos to her anyway.

03/06/2026: At the gates of Dozza Castle lies a simple restaurant with slightly dated furnishings, but in a wonderful location with an exceptional panoramic view. For an aperitif or coffee, you can sit in the shade of some trees on a cool, breezy terrace, overlooking the hills and the massive castle walls—a spectacular sight. For lunch, you can sit either in the large dining room or in the adjacent rooms with huge windows overlooking the valley. We had lunch with typical Bolognese crescenti (fried dumplings), called gnocco fritto in Modena, and a delicious assortment of cured meats. The service, perhaps due to a misunderstanding, wasn't exceptional, but it was friendly and very kind, with a touch of typical Bolognese joviality. Overall, a nice experience. I expected to spend a little less, but not too much. Access to the bathrooms was really inconvenient; I don't know how a disabled person could manage two flights of narrow, steep stairs.

07/06/2026: Lovely cafe! Perfect for breakfast. They have a great selection of sweet pastries as well as savoury. The coffee is also very good! The atmosphere is lovely highly recommend it.

16/04/2026: A traditional bar strategically located in central Bologna, just steps from Piazza Malpighi. It's furnished in a bistro style with tables for two and, at the edges, also tables with benches. Seats are only inside the spacious service area, and the floor is accessible to disabled guests.

14/09/2025: Delicious food, friendly service. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Classic building with a courtyard where you can also eat.
