When quality exceeds expectations. We chose this place without knowing it and reading the reviews. Many of them raised low expectations, but the attention to detail and the careful selection of ingredients far exceeded them. WELL DONE! We ate a sampling of local specialties and drank an excellent Albana, a great value for money. The only flaw was the service; the young woman who served us was always attentive and very pleasant, but unfortunately she was alone serving three rooms on a public holiday like Easter Monday... the wait was sometimes excessively long, but kudos to her anyway.

12/04/2026: This is the best ramen in Bologna. I highly recommend it: the dishes are full of flavor, the music is fantastic, the chef is a genius, and the food is delicious.
12/04/2026: I'm returning to this place, even though I hadn't had a great experience in the past, perhaps because I'd had the Tori Paitan, chicken broth with pork, egg, seaweed, etc., but it wasn't as flavorful. I'd also had the karaage donburi, fried chicken on a bowl of rice and mayonnaise, which I liked better. This time I'm having the karaage bites, but they were truly disappointing, and then the Shiro tonkotsu, pork ramen with egg, seaweed, etc., and compared to the ramen the first time, I liked this one better; it had a stronger, tastier flavor. The place is small, seating less than 20 people, and it's hard to fit two people in because, in order to seat more people, they make you feel really cramped, with no room to move... It's a place worth trying because it's a trend, but honestly, I was expecting something more...

04/03/2026: After several reviews from friends, I decided to come here with my colleagues to try more. We tried the pizza straccia, although the stracciatella wasn't very rich and dense, but rather very runny, and the prosciutto was a bit too salty. A cheap pizza with mozzarella, sausage, Genoese pesto, cherry tomatoes, and basil was not bad. The pizza dough was very good, but perhaps the combinations or the ingredients needed rethinking. Then I came to try the tagliatelle with ragù, and this one wasn't quite up to par: the ragù seemed store-bought and honestly, very cheap and flavorless. The gramigna with sausage was a bit better here, but still decent. The cotoletta alla bolognese was average, even if a bit creamy. The staff, depending on the waiter, was sometimes good, with one waiter being less than friendly and the other two being quite friendly. The prices were fair, and the location was nice, in the hills.
