18/10/2025: Pizzeria chosen from the various suggestions on Google, not being local one pizzeria could be as good as another, but this one my seventh sense told me to go there and it was an excellent choice, the pizza was delicious my daughter had the hamburger delicious highly recommended and the staff was friendly even with my four-legged friend.
05/10/2025: Pizza delivered to your door. Capricciosa revisited as per the menu. But the pizza was covered in oil, so greasy that the cardboard was wet from underneath. Never again.

01/12/2025: Fantastic place, I ate very well, generous portions and a good price, the quality was high in every way, even the staff was super helpful and everyone was very kind. I will definitely be back!!!!
18/11/2025: I appreciated the idea of the kiosk ordering system; everything is very modern and fast, so I have no complaints about that.
Unfortunately, I have to report one issue: I ordered two salads, and the quality wasn't satisfactory. The taste was truly unpleasant, almost like "dead flowers" and plastic, and this completely ruined the meal.
I hope the restaurant can improve the freshness and flavor of the salads, because right now they're not up to par with the rest of the offerings.

11/10/2025: We discovered Nagoya by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is intimate and refined. But the real icing on the cake is the impressive selection of truly excellent and original vegetarian dishes. We returned with omnivorous relatives, who confirmed the quality of their cuisine. We'll definitely be back, hopefully soon!
01/08/2025: the food is average but what makes the difference in a commercial activity are the employees, the staff hired to work... they are the business card of the restaurant well in this specific case of this restaurant they would in my opinion need to be reviewed especially a young Italian girl of about 27-28 years old.

09/11/2025: Great place to study. Friendly service. My decaf cappuccino was excellent, great balanced flavor and foam. It could have been a little hotter though, it was only warm. I also got a pistachio nutella croissant which was BOMB. So good. Their bathrooms are clean and the music is great in the background.
08/11/2025: The best vegan croissants I've ever eaten. The ones with vanilla filling are especially delicious!

For us, the best is the aperitif and pizza...fantastic.
But the breakfast was excellent...very friendly staff.
If you're passing through the Via Emilia...a must-stop.
26/10/2025: A modern and well-furnished location with adjacent parking. Large display cases offer a wide assortment of all kinds of sweets, both loose and in take-out packages. The coffee served at the bar is excellent, though not Neapolitan in flavor. Prices are comparable to those of other establishments in the area.

Service: 0. Rude and arrogant, they snapped at my partner because he didn't understand he was supposed to serve the table himself.
I won't be back.

08/12/2025: I tried the pizza and it was delicious, the waiters were very professional and the place was nice. It was a shame it was a little dirty. They should invest a little in renovating the ceiling and windows, as well as in cleaning. I think with a little effort they could make a difference.
07/12/2025: Excellent service, good quality food. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses are all good, even the Tenerina is very good.
I recommend it. The pizza is also good.

05/04/2025: Non sono rimasta particolarmente impressionata: certo le aspettative sono alte quando in cucina c'è un chef molto noto. Il palazzo è bellissimo ed elegante, in posizione molto centrale. Cibo di tradizione bolognese, come è giusto con ospiti anche stranieri, ma per il mio giudizio molto lontano dalla perfezione (nelle case bolognesi in generale si mangia meglio di così). Servizio attento, ma non indimenticabile. Aperitivo servito in piedi con servizio un po' frettoloso. Il palazzo è bellissimo, meriterebbe più attenzione alla qualità dei cibi e all'attenzione per gli ospiti.

25/11/2025: I celebrated my birthday with an aperitivo, the best choice ever!! Sasà was incredibly kind and brought us lots of food to go with our drinks, and the quality was really good too. Highly recommended!

The food is always excellent. The staff is friendly and approachable.
Always ready to innovate and they never fail.
I'd say, without a doubt, that in terms of food, it has no competitors.
28/09/2025: On September 27, 2025, I had a pizza with sausage and broccoli rabe, a beer, and to finish, I had profiteroles. Everything was delicious. I recommend the place, and the waiters are friendly and you can joke around. PS: I'm Enzo, a friend of Carolina.

08/10/2025: We had a great evening, the food was good, the service was friendly, especially the sommelier was very courteous and informative. We had a great Chardonnay from Tuscany.
I've read the comments about the service being cold or stiff but I cannot confirm that based on my own experience. The food quality was good, maybe not exceptional but still on a high level. If you want to find the hair in the soup, then you could argue that you can get the same value for less elsewhere.
I recommend visiting the place.
