13/05/2026: I came for a midweek aperitivo at 7:00 PM. We ordered two Cokes and were served two generous platters. The appetizers were delicious. The waiters were very friendly and always had a smile. The location was excellent, near the historic center. Dulcis is a Bolognese institution for breakfast, snacks, and aperitivo! Here you'll find the best pizza in Bologna.

17/04/2026: I have no complaints about the quality and flavor of the pizza, nor about the selection of craft beers, but unfortunately, the service choices weren't great in my opinion. The restaurant has two dining rooms. I asked if I could sit inside, as the outside area was very crowded and noisy. They told me the inside area was closed that evening. Unfortunately, half an hour later, as I was leaving the restaurant, I realized that the area had been opened to other customers. So, I ate in a hurry, sandwiched between the shoulders of a stranger and the butt of a stranger, as you can see in the photo, and I only enjoyed the pizza so much. Optimizing space is essential in any setting, but if I have to be cramped like a chicken coop, I'll go to a festival; at least I won't pay a €2 cover charge.

27/04/2026: Nice location, friendly staff, very good croissant with plenty of filling. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the excessive price increase if you want to eat at the table.

19/05/2026: Before a show at the Europauditorium, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious and authentic. I would have ordered everything again. For 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 2 second courses, 1 beer, 1 water, and 2 coffees, we spent 40 euros total. Excellent price, quick service, and spectacular food. The only thing that's not heavenly is the slightly chaotic area, but parking is easy to find, and after 6:00 PM, there's no parking fee.

07/05/2026: I went for the first time on the morning of May 7, 2026. By 6:15 a.m., the cafe was quite crowded with customers, including foreigners. While I ate my breakfast, I savored the joy of speaking English and Tagalog. I had a double breakfast: €6.00. Subsequently, many nurses and volunteers in red uniforms arrived, along with many workers and office workers. There was a huge selection of pastries and pastries. There was air conditioning and overhead speakers for music. There were plenty of tables inside and outside. Wheelchair access was also available, and there was a restroom suitable for them. The restroom was missing a coat rack and a toilet seat. A toilet seat is essential for the elderly, disabled, and women, and for those who have to relieve themselves.

18/04/2026: Gusto Pizza had a VERY GOOD pizza chef for a long time. Unfortunately, over the past year, it was taken over by management that was completely incompetent for a summer break. But a couple of months ago, it was back under management that truly deserves the hype: SUPER NEW MANAGEMENT! Super fast and friendly. <3 Simply the best dough in Bologna. Elastic as it should be, perfectly cooked, and the freshest ingredients.

04/03/2026: What can I say? Amazing. Finally, a menu that's still on paper, a family-run business with commendable customer service, a small, well-kept place, no chaos, simple food, and a wonderful waitress! Don't expect a fancy menu with innovative options; it's basic, just as it should be to ensure quality, and you won't find it this refined anywhere else. The fish is incredibly fresh, the temperature is perfect, as is the cut. No overpowering sauces to mask the flavors, and they're happy to serve everything without sauces upon request. The portions are adequate, but above all, the peace and quiet. You can talk and laugh, even with the managers. 100% approved. It will be my favorite place. Thank you so much, you can't find anything like this anymore, I'd give it a thumbs up if I could. I hope the management and working methods never change. Top

15/02/2026: I'm sorry to have to give such a review because of the service: I was there for Valentine's evening... I can understand the number of people but an hour's wait seems excessive to me even though the other tables were being served.

01/06/2026: After ordering two courses with a particular type of tuna, we were notified that it was unavailable. We were asked to exchange one of the two dishes, but the second course (tuna sashimi trio) was not mentioned. When the sashimi trio arrived, we noticed that the specific type of tuna in question had been substituted with other (less expensive) types. When we asked for the bill, we realized that not even a single euro of discount had been applied (and we had spent €131, so the figure was at least rounding up). Overall, the food quality was average, and the value for money was terrible.

07/05/2026: Very elegant atmosphere, with pleasant background music that relaxes and helps you savor every bite, without making you rush, but with the right amount of calm. As for the service, there's nothing to praise or criticize, I'd say just because of the location, perhaps a little "cold and detached," but that leaves room for the proper intimacy of the table. Dishes: SUPERIOR, tasty, elegant, and delightful combinations, some more explosive, some more delicate, the ones I prefer, like the various lime marinades or the raw scampi millefeuille ❤️❤️. What can I say? I will absolutely return. Thanks also so much to Maurilio, an excellent host who was able to direct us to simple and complex dishes, allowing us to fully experience his cuisine. The pairing with the Chardonnay was also excellent. See you soon and best of luck to all the staff.
