26/11/2025: A great place to meet up with friends. There's a huge park. The ice cream is very good, and you can tell the owner cares about selecting top-quality ingredients. There's also a heated area for the colder months. I'd say it's the best in Villanova.

02/01/2026: Arrived on 12/31/25 for one night, decent room, booked in advance, on arrival there were penguins, I abstained from the heating, on returning around 03:00 it was completely off and it was cold... the owners were not there, as a result I even caught a fever, I understand that we were I think 2/3 rooms occupied but saving on heating in December does not seem like the right time to me also because it was not given to us, in any case first is last time.!.. Thank you very much

08/03/2026: I often order from them on Deliveroo and I have to say I've always been satisfied. Unfortunately, not today. I was scheduled to arrive at 1:45 PM. At 2:20 PM, I called to check on the status and was told the delivery driver was on his way out. My order arrived another 30 minutes later. From the time I placed the order to the time it arrived, it was an hour and a half instead of 30 minutes, for 22 pieces of sushi in total (not boxes, just individual pieces). I was expecting at least a freebie or something, since I order from them about twice a month, but instead, nothing. The tempura and fried foods were even cold.
What a shame.

However, not all products may be top-notch. Willing to compensate if necessary.
Sincere advice:
The kindness and empathy of the staff could be improved, especially one today at around 1 PM (with glasses, medium hair, and a bit stout; she'll hate me now) who gave abrupt and curt responses, which a customer doesn't deserve. Especially when she presents herself kindly and politely.

18/10/2025: Pizzeria chosen from the various suggestions on Google, not being local one pizzeria could be as good as another, but this one my seventh sense told me to go there and it was an excellent choice, the pizza was delicious my daughter had the hamburger delicious highly recommended and the staff was friendly even with my four-legged friend.
05/10/2025: Pizza delivered to your door. Capricciosa revisited as per the menu. But the pizza was covered in oil, so greasy that the cardboard was wet from underneath. Never again.

02/03/2026: Bad experience. I contacted them for a private catering service at my home. They immediately asked me for a quote. I never heard from them again. I insisted on a tasting, and they sent me to one of their pastry shops, making an appointment. They didn't know anything about the pastry shop. I paid for two appetizers, with food that wasn't particularly good in my opinion. I later contacted them for a possible home inspection, perhaps with something to taste, and that would have been subject to a fee. Based on my experience, I don't recommend it.
12/02/2026: For now, I'm only reviewing the coffee shop and the breakfast and dessert displays. I've been there more than once, and the coffee is always extracted correctly, within the right 24-26 seconds, a sign of proper machine maintenance and careful adjustment of the grind. Since I can't drink milk, I contented myself with watching the others' macchiatos/cappuccinos, etc., and I must say that both the operators I saw at work know their milk perfectly, an increasingly rare thing.
The display case is impeccably presented, a real eye-catcher. The brioches have a beautiful flaky texture, and both the spreads and jams are delicious. The savory fillings are also good.
