01/10/2025: Lovely little bar.. called in for a drink at 5.30pm. Negroni was amazing & local beer hit the spot. Complementary crisps & olives - all enjoyed in the courtyard.

19/12/2025: It's been a while since I've eaten here, and I have to say, sadly, that I was quite disappointed. The broth tasted completely different than usual, and the meat (which wasn't pork belly) was quite stringy, and it didn't have much flavor or smell.

14/12/2025: I will try to be very detailed with my review since the owner seems to love answering back in a sarcastic way. I have been to Japan and tried different ramen places. I don’t have high expectations because this is Italy and not Japan afterall but there is still an acceptable level for food. Space: a bit cramped but maybe they did this to accommodate more people. About similar to ramen places in Japan indeed, like the bar style and the hanger for bags/stuff under the table. Service: normal, no complain about it. They adapted the paper style of ordering but not really have much modifications for example on the depth of broth or type of noodles but this is not a deal-breaker of course. Karaage: salty, doesn’t really taste like authentic karaage, but not so bad. I’d give it a 7/10 Ramen: now here’s the bad part. Once the ramen arrived, we immediately smelled the awful pungent smell. The broth is salty, not even savory, just salty. The ajitama is salty. Sad because it’s perfectly jammy. The meat is also a bit salty tho less saltier than the ajitama. It’s thicker than what they serve in the other ramen places in Bologna but the taste is not really good. Shoyu doesn’t equate to salty broth. I believe it could be the menma because it really has the strong, almost spoiled taste. Or they could have used the strongly fermented one which honestly destroyed the broth. The thin noodles are what I prefer in ramen noodle but only had 2 bites since the broth is really not it. This is a constructive criticism and I am really hoping the owners review this with open mind. I am not sure if I will ever give this another chance as I usually do with other establishments. Maybe the other types of ramen could be different, I don’t know. I was really thinking of giving it 1-star but considered that the karaage was not so bad.

14/03/2026: A small Chinese restaurant located in Bologna. The ambiance is simple, but the dishes are truly delicious. The fried rice is probably the best I've ever had, and the spicy soup was also rich and flavorful. You can clearly taste the care taken in preparing the dishes and the generous portions and ingredients. It's undoubtedly an authentic Asian-style Chinese restaurant, and the food is truly excellent. The only shame is that the service needs improvement. Perhaps due to the large crowd, there was a sense of rush and impatience. However, the quality of the food is absolutely recommended.

01/11/2025: I got some cream puffs. The dough was dry and cracked when cut, the cream was pasty and dry. No difference between cream and zabaglione. The Diplomatica was soggy... who knows how long they'd been there. Never again.

21/11/2025: Superb bar/gelateria. Exceptional ice cream. Welcoming, clean, and tidy place. Tables inside and outside in a charming little garden. Efficient and friendly staff. Today at 3:30 PM I had an alternative lunch at K2... A pistachio, hazelnut, and K2-flavored ice cream... Excellent.... Happy and satisfied!!! I'll be back tomorrow for an alternative dinner... Best to arrive around 8 PM because they close at 9 PM. I highly recommend K2, especially for their excellent breakfasts.

28/04/2025: Atmospheric pub from times gone by! You expect the right food, the raw materials are excellent. The place is managed with great care by a gentleman who works hard and by the empathetic Barlady who is also attentive to table service (who is also competent in cinema and painting ed. Hopper/Cavani). I ate the Emilia club sandwich (good but does not compete with the burgers in this pub) but it was served well, then I particularly appreciated the platter with the right quantities and the careful plating. To return

30/01/2026: Great coffee, juice, and pastries! Service was super prompt too. The cafe is really comfortable with lots of natural light thanks to the big windows. The Chinese baristo is very good and he speaks Chinese, English & Italian!

06/12/2025: Highly recommended! We had a very relaxed lunch despite the restaurant not being very large and all the tables being occupied. The selection isn't overly extensive, but it includes first courses, meat, fish, and vegetarian main courses... even the special of the day, which varies with the season! Last but not least, the pan-cooked pizza (which we didn't try, but promised ourselves we'd try it next time). Desserts and coffee are always available. I had a wonderful time. Reservations are recommended.

17/09/2025: Nice place, but the blonde girl isn't very kind. When I checked out, I wanted to pay by card for some friends who were staying there. These friends wanted to pay in cash, and I said I'd rather pay, also out of courtesy for my friends, but she insisted on taking the bills... I mean... why so much insistence... it annoyed me!!! 😑 Anyway, the service was slow, half an hour for a small platter.

18/12/2025: Always extremely friendly☀️ On weekends the waiting time is more than 15 minutes if you want to eat (You can say that drinking coffee or tea with dessert is without waiting) But on weekdays there are usually not so many people and you can safely get your order within 10 minutes very tasty dishes the kitchen is open until 14:30/40

18/12/2025: I came for brunch with a group of 20 people. After countless emails in which the manager preferred to offer us a fixed menu of €25, we expressed our preference to spend less. In the end, we realized that by ordering the dishes individually, we'd spent about the same amount or slightly more, but they didn't mention this in the agreements. We ultimately agreed on a "reduced menu" to make things easier for the kitchen, but despite this, we still had to wait an hour for our dishes. Furthermore, the reduced menu they provided was missing the prices for the courses. In fact, once we got to the cash register, we found ourselves paying between €20-30 each for a good but rather poor dish (except for the bagels). The place was nice and welcoming, but we weren't expecting these prices. The service rating refers to the wait time for the courses, while the waiter was very kind and attentive to our needs.
