The service is mixed, sometimes friendly and sometimes it seems like you're doing yourself a favor by staying there. Very nice place, it deserves more in summer thanks to the external courtyard. Overall pleasant place, I wouldn't go back just for the service.

15/05/2025: We came here to pick up our order “to good too go”. There was no problem with the order. We picked up our order and because we were very hungry, we only sat at their tables for 10 minutes. A young waitress came and asked us about our order, and I told her that we picked up the package from them. The young lady was nice and said “it’s fine”. Only 10 minutes later, an older waitress started yelling “this to good too go” and then “now get out of here”. We were shocked because the woman was literally yelling at us and discriminated against us for speaking English. Only 10 seconds later, an older man came and yelled “GO NOW”. If you want to see waiters who are 60 years old and still don’t know how to behave with people, you can come here. 1 star only for the kindness of the young waitress and the middle-aged gentleman at the cashier. I can't believe racism still exists in 2025. ++++++ Answer: I'm sorry you had a hallucination. There were three of us, and one of our friends was wearing a headscarf. We believe her behavior was racist. There can't be any other explanation. Also, no one repeatedly told us to get up from the table. We are three international students doing a master's degree abroad. If you had told us, we would have gotten up. We are not so stupid as not to understand it. Also, I am a psychologist. I am sorry to say this, but you are not a normal person, old lady waitress. The young man at the cash register and the young waitress were very kind, so I am not including them in my comment. But the waitress in her 60s was really very rude. I strongly suggest you go to a psychologist as soon as possible to learn how to communicate with people. It is clear that I am telling the truth also from the comments of others: you have treated many people rudely and with the same attitude. As for the money, it's not that we didn't have it: we simply already had a large package with us and for that we didn't order anything else. To think that you are part of the English royal family and look down on others is really ridiculous.

09/05/2025: I like to have lunch in this place, it's very quiet and then relax after a morning of work. Great food, not heavy. And all staff always very kind and polite. My favorite? Lemon shrimp, delicious!!!

14/04/2025: We're not there. It's okay not to expect a starred restaurant being an AYCE but you won't get enough. Good service but... 1. Large nigiri with not very tasty rice and almost transparent and tasteless fish 2. Tasteless Sashimi (in the photos posted it is prepared in the shape of a rose... forget it) 3. Shrimps that didn't taste like shrimps (the salt and pepper ones tasted stale when they cooled down a bit...) 4. Gyoza, the only thing I liked but there is better around.

20/04/2025: Pessima gestione dei clienti e delle richieste di prenotazione. Non rispondono alle mail e alle richieste di prenotazione tramite la sezione sul loro sito. È la seconda volta che ci riprovo ma è l’ultima : ho contattato sia telefonicamente che tramite il sito e avevo richiesto sia un tavolo che disponibilità per due camere per poter dormire. Dopo due settimane di attesa ho iniziato a contattare il numero e la signora che rispondeva continuava a ripetermi che la sua collega era impegnata e che avrebbe smaltito le Mail mentre lei essendo una amministrativa non poteva darmi info per ben 4 volte si è anche presa il mio numero promettendomi di farmi richiamare …. Sto ancora aspettando una chiamata da loro! Non affidabili fanno solo perdere tempo. Vi consiglio di rivolgervi direttamente a strutture degne di ospitarvi!

04/02/2025: Stunning place surrounded by greenery! 🍷 The wines are wonderful, the Pignoletto is fresh and drinkable, the reds super balanced. And then the biolake... what a spectacle! Taking a dip after a tasting is the best. Relaxation, nature and good wine: what more could you want? Absolutely coming back! 🌿✨

20/04/2025: We had the opportunity to dine in this place during the 6h of Imola The food was very good. We ate the tortellini with parmesan cream: they were super! The service was kind and very welcoming The environment is very particular and refined. All embellished by the large green area that surrounds it! We will definitely be back!

01/02/2025: Location anni 70, servizio ottimo, veloce, cortese e cordiale. Eravamo con la mia compagna e, viste le porzioni, abbiamo preso tortelloni, Goccia d'Oro (spettacolare, con il rosso d'uovo nella besciamella come da ricetta originale) e una costata da 500Grammi con patatine tenerissima e cotta alla perfezione, acqua e vino. Tutto ottimo; l'unica cosa che non mi ha soddisfatto completamente è il ragù che ho trovato non denso come piacerebbe a me, ma sono gusti. 37,50 Euro con caffè e ammazzacaffè offerti. Che volere di più? Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici. Peccato sia chiuso la domenica...

03/03/2025: Abbiamo ordinato crescentine per due con salumi misti e formaggio tenero. Il prosciutto crudo era una cosa indegna, non so come abbiano potuto presentarcelo, era tutto grasso, praticamente fette di lardo, anche il resto del salume non era gran che, praticamente si salvava solo il formaggio, le crescentine buone. Siamo stati in questo locale altre volte e mai ci era capitato un calo così di qualità, abbiamo saputo che hanno cambiato gestione, ma attenzione, la qualità deve rimanere perché se vuoi risparmiare dando quel tipo di salute il rischio che perdi il cliente è molto alto. Mi pento di averglielo fatto notare solo alla fine della cena.

23/03/2025: Buona pizzeria con pochi tavoli (almeno in inverno) per cui è doveroso prenotare. Buona birra alla spina mentre per quanto riguarda i dolci abbiamo preso il babà che a mio giudizio era eccessivamente bagnato. Nel complesso consigliata.

14/05/2025: In gita domenicale al lago di Suviana, abbiamo scelto "La Spiaggetta" per la posizione caratteristica e per il menu appenninico "verace". Premesso che la qualità delle pietanze è buona, la gestione di sala è risultata del tutto inadeguata. Si può comprendere la carenza di personale, l'affollamento e le problematiche intrinseche della cucina, tuttavia l'attesa di 45 minuti per un tagliere, che non richiede particolari accorgimenti, è davvero eccessiva, oltre 1 ora per la portata principale completamente inammissibile in quanto consumare il pasto dopo le 15:30 è poco salutare e i bioritmi fanno anche passare la fame. Nonostante le reiterate richieste di informazioni il personale, comunque stanco e provato dal ritmo massacrante, forniva risposte evasive o spariva del tutto. Nel momento in cui si è deciso di abbandonare il locale anche considerando i fisiologici tempi dettati dalla necessità di mettersi in strada per il rientro, ancora una volta la risposta è stata volta al discrimine per i motivi già menzionati e, pur comprendendo le difficoltà, il cliente non ha l'obbligo reale o morale di occuparsi di incombenze non di sua competenza. Ci si sarebbe attesi delle scuse e la disponibilità a far pagare quanto effettivamente consumato, tuttavia data l'ora e il fatto che i piatti ordinati sarebbero stati pronti a breve si è accettato per portare via il cibo e chiudere la questione. Nel complesso una disarmonia non propedeutica alla buona riuscita dell'escursione.
