17/08/2025: Jessica's Osteria di Confine is a true culinary gem. I began my experience with the appetizer "Vitello...tonnato," an innovative and delicious take on a classic. For my first course, I chose "Lo Gnocco di Patate," served with pecorino cheese, fava beans, and red currants—a dish that perfectly balanced flavors and textures. Finally, for my second course, I tried "L'Anatra," sautéed in butter and accompanied by red radicchio, apricot, and squacquerone cheese—a bold and memorable dish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the chef's commitment to maintaining a connection with her homeland, Romagna, is evident in every detail.

20/04/2025: Easter Egg 2025 "SURPRISE?!?!" Oh no, the egg must ALSO be the surprise (especially for children), this time we're not quite there, you can't imagine the disappointment of the grandchildren when they saw the surprise. I won't say anything else so as not to reveal to those who haven't opened it yet, but there was a lot of regret. The quality is always excellent but the surprise...an unexpected slip.

13/08/2025: Given the good reviews, we tried this place. The view is indeed beautiful, but perhaps we had the wrong night. The staff isn't at all attentive to customer needs; if you ask them for something, it feels like you're spiteful! The pizza is traditional Roman-style, and there's nothing Roman about it. I lived in Rome for 10 years; visit a few pizzerias and experience the difference!

01/07/2025: Saturday night we went with a reservation. After over an hour and a half they had only brought us an appetizer. When the pasta arrived, it was completely raw and so we sent it back to the kitchen, where the owner commented "well now they're still waiting". At the table we had a two-year-old girl waiting for dinner. When we got up to leave, there were no apologies or explanations or even a minimum of respect at least towards the girl for whom they could have at least brought two slices of salami. The other tables were waiting like us. If you can't handle 50 covers, don't take them. A bad night happens, but respect for the customer is shown by at least trying to plug the wait for the children

Dopo un po’ mi apre un ragazzo con modi estremamente scortesi, che mi dice di ordinare in fretta perché doveva andare in bagno. Gli rispondo che posso aspettare, e lui mi risponde – in modo ancora più sgarbato – che ci avrebbe messo molto. Alla fine, con tono maleducatissimo, mi ha praticamente invitato ad andarmene via. Un'accoglienza del genere è inaccettabile. Nessun rispetto, zero professionalità. Mai piu'
