09/11/2024: Sometimes you quickly understand what a restaurant offers. The space is small but the tables lined up with the window show an interesting view of a historic intersection. The owner has an old-fashioned kindness and shows willingness to help even when the place is completely occupied by diners. At the tables the ladies guide the customer by illustrating dishes from the menu both from Modena and beyond. Each local recipe respects criteria of authenticity and observance of tradition. The cappelletti with capon broth, the egg with Apennine porcini mushrooms and Jerusalem artichokes and the classic trifle served in the form of a crème caramel are very popular. Sparkling Lambrusco accompanies lunch with a lively note. Prices in line with the quality

03/12/2024: a “must” to try for breakfast. Kind staff and fast service. A variety of cornetto that not only are very pretty but also taste very good. During the autumn they have some special cornetto and coffee with pumpkin spice and cream. I enjoyed it! Definitely recommend!

01/12/2024: Terrible... Unrecognizable. Half a cup of hot chocolate... Liquid!! The cream was good but not much and it melted in 4 seconds. I asked for sparkling water and was given the bottom of the bottle and therefore completely degassed. Conclusion... Review something because the excellence of the past is no longer there

03/09/2024: The reception should be more complete in explaining what the room has, its included things and the extras, the welcome details and the gym hours, breakfast hours and what type it offers, the elevators and where they communicate on each service floor. . They display an aperitif sign where you can check in, but in August it says it doesn't work. I went to a hotel in August because they gave me something that they don't have as a service? Plus they tell you with a smile, it's better to remove the sign so we avoid these mishaps. I have called 2 times and reported that the forte house does not work, it does not close! No one ever showed up to fix it, after it was reported that someone was going to see it immediately, I waited 20 minutes both times and nothing. I just They wasted my time. On departure day at 5:30 in the morning the shower only came out with cold water... In short, a comfortable and useful position for your trips but very mediocre customer service.

02/09/2024: I have traveled to over 60+ countries and stayed at all sorts of hotels. Paid for a king bed, junior suite and definitely did not receive that. Instead got a room w twin beds and was told that they would be happy to move me to another room (lower category/ downgrade) without adjustment to the rate. The air conditioning did not work at all the whole time. We complained several times and a pre historic fan was brought up to the room. They blamed it on the computers which were programming the AC and said because its the weekend no one could come to assist or service it. Andrea the front desk check in and associate was completely unprofessional, not trained and had no experience in handling guest relations. The hotel facade is a disaster, the entrace has homeless people right up front, parking is a pigeon hole, rooms are tired and in dire need of an upgrade and smell like stale milk. If you like to stay at a dinosaur era hotel which has only worked and upgraded their lobby and nothing else then this is for you! I normally dont write reviews but I felt as I needed to for this one. Even left my feedback upon checkout and they asked me if I would like to speak to a manager so I just told them that nothing is needed but to forward my message along. Will not be back.

29/10/2024: I like the food, it tastes very nice, you can feel that it's handmade, the bistro is pretty much eco-friendly. The service in nice and always smiling. Even though it doesn't really have any decorations or isn't really fancy doesn't change the fact that everything was very nice, even the prices are low and the menu is changing every day so you never get bored of food, there are many options like pasta, some poke, sausages and a lot of other options, I'm sure you can find even some vegan options. Overall deserves 5 stars for food service and the atmosphere shouldn't be rated low because it's a bistro anyway

15/12/2024: Best pizza ever I have had in my life. Loved the traditional style as well as their special ones. Beer was great too. The experience here is unbelievable. Desserts were good too but they get over too soon. Service is excellent where they are too polite and try to communicate in English.

16/11/2024: we were very enthusiastic as soon as we arrived, the place appears a bit neglected but given the availability of the very kind and welcoming owner we were curious to try more dishes. My boyfriend orders an encore of two first courses and I order a limited first course because I wanted to eat the second course too. A single dish arrives with three first courses together, something I have never seen in my entire life. If we pay for two first courses, why bring a single dish? With very small portions? If we had had the opportunity to taste the first good ones, it would have been better not to taste them. The second inedible, the hard and cold spinach burger. The owner is a beautiful person, with a lot of desire and passion, I hope this can be a spit. The price was right, more attention was needed in the portions
