17/09/2025: I've known this rotisserie for decades, and the quality of the food is consistently top-notch. Everything is excellent, from the cold fish salads to the first courses, main courses, and side dishes. The fried fish is one of the best I've ever eaten, highly recommended! The piadinas and crescioni are also excellent... In short, you're spoiled for choice!

10/04/2026: Its a lovely place, their green lasagna is yuuum, full of flavor and just melts in the mouth! I would highly recommend the place, the waiters and waitress ain't the friendliest, and weekends are super busy!

09/04/2026: This is a fairly busy spot in Bologna that serves traditional local dishes. The service was excellent, we had to wait a little extra and replace our order since they had issues with their printer, thus they gave us a glass of wine on the house, it wasn't necessary but it was much appreciated. I would say that the corporto of €3 is a little on the high side, but that seems to be pretty standard in Bologna. It is a fairly happening place and I would say that it is a little on the louder side, however not to a disturbing degree. The food was very good, notably the tortellini in broth was the best we had in the city. Be sure to make a reservation.

08/03/2026: Excellent gelateria in Rimini, rivaling the Castello in my opinion. They have slightly more sophisticated flavors and cater to those with allergies, offering special flavors. I highly recommend it; the staff is friendly and the selection is wide.

08/03/2026: This is where we had our first introduction to Italian cuisine and it turned out to be exactly the right place. The pasta and pizza were incredibly delicious. The friendly service and the attention given to our child completed the experience. If we are in Bologna again we will definitely stop by.

13/03/2026: We stopped in after a visit to the area and had excellent Neapolitan-style pizza with a soft crust, but they also do a variety of seafood dishes. It's a nice, well-kept place; it's not very big, but if you come here when it's busy, it's a bit cramped and crowded, making it hard to talk to the people at your table. It's still worth a stop, though, as the pizzas were truly excellent!

12/03/2026: We went to Pino Smeraldino on Thursday evening (I recommend booking). The place was spacious, the staff were friendly and professional, the menu extensive, and both the pasta and desserts were good.

10/03/2026: We're regulars at the restaurant, and it's a must-try. Everything is simply excellent, all homemade and freshly made. The wines and cocktails are excellent.

02/01/2026: Arrived on 12/31/25 for one night, decent room, booked in advance, on arrival there were penguins, I abstained from the heating, on returning around 03:00 it was completely off and it was cold... the owners were not there, as a result I even caught a fever, I understand that we were I think 2/3 rooms occupied but saving on heating in December does not seem like the right time to me also because it was not given to us, in any case first is last time.!.. The Offering and Quality The quality of the piadinas and ingredients is top-notch. In addition to eating there, I purchased some empty piadinas to take home, a sign that the product holds its own even outside of the restaurant. The Service The owner proved to be extremely kind and knowledgeable. She didn't just serve, but also answered my every question with precision, providing excellent suggestions that demonstrate a deep knowledge of the product and a passion for her work. Atmosphere and Attendance The place is very popular with both locals and visitors, a sign of the consistent quality of the service. It's a classic example of how authenticity and attention to detail always prevail over more commercial or pretentious offerings. In summary If you're looking for a piadina that respects tradition, with select ingredients and excellent digestibility, this is the place. I'll definitely be back.
