I ordered the Apossa pizza and oh boy was I in heaven. It might have been the pizza me and my wife have ever eaten. The dough had an extra delicious taste to it. Highly recommend!

A nice restaurant in an alley not far from the city center. The pizza is Neapolitan style and incredibly good!

An unassuming pizzeria tucked away in a back alley (later I found out that there is an entrance on the other street), and their pizzas are phenomenal.

Little place in the center of Bologna, with a beautiful and quiet outdoor terrace, fabulous pizzas and impeccable cuisine, fast and kind attentive service, it felt like being at home

We went to this restaurant by pure chance and immediately we were welcomed in a kind and helpful way by all the staff. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo scelto di andare in questo posto per la serata del 31/12 dato che ci è stato detto che avrebbero fatto la pizza aumentando i prezzi, senza precisare di quanto. Al pomeriggio, per capire se la prenotazione fosse confermata alle ore 21, passiamo dal locale e ci viene detto di presentarci entro le 20.30 altrimenti non avrebbero più potuto ordinare pizze. Ci presentiamo quindi a quest’ora ma poi alla fine le pizze vengono fatte per almeno un’altra ora… Servirebbe maggiore chiarezza… Okay la serata di capodanno peró prezzi un po’ altini per il locale e il servizio (52€ in 2 per pizza, acqua, dolce e un calice di vino) Pizza napoletana, un po’ molla per i miei gusti ma servizio sicuramente rapido

Gelegen in hetzelfde gebouw als het musea dei pepoli. Hoge gewelven, nette uitstraling. In het voorste deel van het restaurant brandt de pizza oven. In het achterste deel de eetzaal met een mengeling van toeristen maar ook veel Italiaanse locals. We bestelden pizza’s en een melanzane, met een glas huiswijn. De pizza s kwamen vlot, de melanzane ook. Prettige maar zakelijke bediening. Kortom goede lunch plek, prettige sfeer, goed Italian food.

Gusto Pizza

01/03/2024: Discovered this pizzeria by chance, thanks to the flyer placed inside the mailbox. My partner and I wanted to try it, reading the various positive reviews. I must say that it fully satisfied my taste for a good pizza. I love the dough that squeaks, not with high edges and that you can digest. Here is such a pizza. Furthermore, the ingredients are of excellent quality, you can feel the taste that behind there is a search for the product and therefore for quality. I always take it home and I also get two free drinks chosen from the pizzeria itself. The value for money is truly unbeatable with around 18 euros (of which 1 euro for delivery which is practically nothing) you can enjoy 2 good pizzas with excellent ingredients. I'm happy, because I finally found a proper pizza in Bologna.
21/02/2024: I went today for the first time. I ate on site, very clean and bright place. Very good pizza and more than fair prices. Courteous owner as well as the other person who works there. I will definitely come back.
