I'll start by saying that I'm not from Romagna. It was recommended to me, and I have to say it's excellent! I ordered four types of piadina, all delicious and loaded with toppings! The atmosphere was family-like and very pleasant. We were pampered by a nice breeze, and the bill was fair. I can't recommend it because it was my first piadina from Romagna, so I have no terms of comparison, but for me it's excellent!

The food was very good but they were not very friendly.

It's far from the city center, nestled in the countryside, but if you're in the area, even just for a beach holiday, it's worth a visit. They have a wide selection of piadinas and crescioni, all very good. The portions are generous, as are the fillings. We'll definitely be back.

The real strength is the dough: based on a historic recipe, it's incredibly light and digestible, a key aspect for those looking for a quick meal that won't weigh them down for the rest of the day. In addition to eating there, I purchased some empty piadinas to take home, a sign that the product holds its own even outside of the restaurant. The Service The owner proved to be extremely kind and knowledgeable. She didn't just serve, but also answered my every question with precision, providing excellent suggestions that demonstrate a deep knowledge of the product and a passion for her work. Atmosphere and Attendance The place is very popular with both locals and visitors, a sign of the consistent quality of the service. It's a classic example of how authenticity and attention to detail always prevail over more commercial or pretentious offerings.
