The desserts are also excellent, and the Rudino at the end is the icing on the cake.

We had the pistachio ice cream it was super yummy. You can still feel the fresh nuts and the saltines and it’s insanely creamy.

04/10/2025: A sweet stop at Gelateria Gelso in Cattolica, perfect with the kids. We had crepes and gelato: everything was delicious. The crepes were warm, soft, and well-filled, while the gelato won everyone over—creamy flavors, generous portions, and crunchy cones.
Friendly staff, quick service even when it was crowded. A great location for a snack during a stroll. Approved by both adults and children!

Brodino isn't just a pasta shop; it's a culinary experience that warms the heart and soul. Finally, I've rediscovered one of those beautiful places for lunch, a true gem that I sadly thought no longer existed in Italy. A traditional place, with exceptional quality and a unique atmosphere.
Today's lunch was simply fantastic. The tagliatelle with ragĂą were divine, fresh pasta, hand-rolled as it should be, and a flavorful and enveloping ragĂą, a true ode to Romagna tradition. And what about the sausages with baked potatoes? Absolutely excellent, perfectly cooked, leaving the sausages juicy and the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions are just right, and the dishes are prepared with care and authenticity that comes through in every bite.
The prices are fair and balanced, an unrivaled value for money given the freshness and quality of the products offered.
Special praise goes to the open kitchen, which is simply marvelous. Being able to observe the mastery with which the dishes are prepared, the cleanliness, and the organization is an added value that demonstrates honesty and passion.
The staff is very kind and welcoming, contributing to the familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and cheerful service makes you feel at home.
Brodino is more than a pasta shop with a kitchen: it's an institution, a reference point for those seeking true culinary tradition, excellent ingredients, and the warm welcome that only certain places can offer. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in authentic flavors and enjoy a memorable lunch.

Every course was carefully executed, from the appetizers through the primi and main dishes, followed by a well-finished dessert and coffee. The kitchen clearly values quality ingredients and precise technique, resulting in dishes that are both flavorful and balanced.
The mushroom-focused plates were particularly memorable and more than compensated for having missed mushroom season earlier in the year. Nothing felt overworked or excessive — just thoughtful, seasonal cooking done well.
A restaurant worth returning to, especially when porcini mushrooms are back in season.

Light and fragrant.
The toppings are varied, plentiful, and there's something for everyone.
The offer of three slices and a drink, including beer, for €5.50 is very tempting.
I recommend it in Cervia.
02/01/2026: Even when it's crowded, they're always super friendly, and the pizza by the slice is really good. Lots of vegetarian options, and a few vegan options (red, marinara). It's nice to have a place where you can grab a quick slice of pizza, even if you're on a specific diet. The dough is excellent, and it's always reheated to perfection. The girls at the counter, especially the foreigner, are always super nice, even with the most annoying people.

We wanted to share the pleasure of this little gem with our friends, because we knew we'd make a great impression. And so it was.
When you want to eat well, feel good, and taste the specialties of Puglia, Ambasciata is a surefire choice.

The tasting menu (available in both meat and fish options) is always new, with surprising and delicious dishes. The price is very competitive considering the quantity and quality of the food, as well as the service provided by chef Michele Bacilieri and his staff.

I think it cost her more in time and line than in the actual ice cream.
It's a shame, the ice cream would be good.

23/12/2025: The only thing out of the ordinary is their arrogance and rudeness, as well as their complete lack of knowledge of what's on the menu.
I come in for an aperitif and ask:
1. Bloody Mary. They don't know what it is.
2. Moscow Mule. They don't know what it is.
3. Wrong Negroni. Answer: We're not a cocktail bar.
So I ask for a prosecco.
They pour me one and finish the bottle.
They ask me to pay first, forgetting the times I've been there for dinner, photos on social media, and even with several people, all of them my clients. These gentlemen have never been known for their friendliness, but at least I've always eaten decently, paying a little less than fair.
Prosecco: I have to pay first, but I can't sit anywhere because they've already set up the restaurant at 6:00 PM and because they have people in the dining room for a birthday.
So, I tell him, "If I can't sit anywhere, I'll sit on the perch in front of the bathroom door."
The manager's response: "Make stupid jokes elsewhere."
And he threw away the prosecco, kicking me out.
I'm attaching a photo of the receipt and waiting for him to sue me, since it's very predictable and given the way I was treated.
Maybe this is the time I've made more money than the table that was there for the birthday.
If customers bother you, then don't hire them.
If you don't know how to handle someone who comes in alone and wants to relax for a moment after a grueling day of work. Paying and watching the prosecco go all the way down the sink.
You don't behave like that with a customer, who hasn't even left money for the first time.
Whether it's a small amount (€4.00) or a medium amount (€145.00 for three of us, the last time, a year ago), it doesn't matter.

07/12/2025: Hidden away in the narrow streets of Imola, getting there is a truly special experience.
It's absolutely worth it.
Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time; there's a beautiful underground level.
As for the food, everything you choose is excellent.
They also have a wide selection of wines.
The staff is incredibly friendly and will always be happy to help or answer any questions you may have about the dishes, wines, and even the history of the restaurant.
