I had found and saved the name of this osteria while searching for must-see restaurants in Piedmont. And thank goodness! A wonderful, and delicious, discovery! Unfortunately, we hadn't booked in advance, so they seated us at the only free table at the entrance, and I couldn't see the main dining room, which is located beyond the stairs. But the atmosphere, the friendly and professional service, and especially the chef's menu, overshadowed everything else. We ate divinely! The tajarin with ragù were the best of the entire holiday, truly special. The dessert (puff pastry with chocolate and raspberries) was a true culinary experience, even though I only had one bite! I would have liked to try everything, but the portions are generous, and after one appetizer and one first course each, it was more than enough!
The chef approached us at the end of the meal, and it was lovely to meet him and chat with him. Highly recommended.

I discovered this restaurant on the "Cosa mangiamo oggi" website. I had high expectations, and they lived up to them. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the dishes were incredible, beautiful, and delicious, and you couldn't miss the pure cream. I wouldn't be surprised if a red sign appeared on the side of the door sooner or later. Well done!

I went for lunch today with my wife. The place was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet, making it ideal for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends.
EXCELLENT food. We ate really well, top-quality ingredients, excellent Fassona steak tartare, delicious tajarin with venison and artichokes, and amazing panna cotta. Highly recommended.

A truly beautiful location, intimate and well-maintained, with limited seating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu is basic, with just a few dishes, but all very good and well-executed.
The only slightly negative note about the service: there was a small misunderstanding with the waitress regarding a dish that, in my opinion, wasn't quite as good (there wasn't enough marrow). She explained that this can happen with bones, which is understandable, but we weren't entirely clear on how to handle the situation. I wasn't charged for the dish, which was appreciated, although personally I would have preferred to have eaten it better, even if I had paid for it.
Overall, a very positive experience; I would gladly return.

Location: Very well-appointed, in the historic center of town. Simple, yet very elegant and welcoming.
Menu: Refined yet simple, with characteristic local dishes, slightly elaborate yet true to tradition.
Service: Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Bill: Excellent value.
Conclusion: Highly recommended.

A small restaurant in the center of Serra Lunga, with a medium-high price point, but definitely worth it. All the dishes we tried were well-prepared, with the lamb and ravioli del plin being truly excellent.

We followed the good reviews and it was the right decision!!!
We came here in the off-season without a reservation but still got nice table.
The staff was incredibly friendly and super kind. Even the chef came every now and then to serve food or check on us.
The atmosphere was clean, modern and chic but still cozy.
And the highlight was definitely the food which I’d like to give more than 5 stars!!
We had the season salad as starter, the pasta ragu as main and shared the “biiig but fluffy” tiramisu and it was soo delicious!! Highly recommend this place.
