01/07/2026: Small, owner-managed pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. Excellent pizza quality. Prices have increased since last year. Suitable for takeout. In need of a makeover. Located in the arcade, near the old cinema, cell phone reception is poor, but that can sometimes be a plus. Free Wi-Fi.

21/04/2026: We visit this pizzeria every now and then, and honestly, we've always had a pretty good time. There's not a lot of seating, but it's just the right size for a family who wants to enjoy pizza even on weekdays. The only downside is perhaps the noise, which can be annoying when the place is busy. The last two pizzas we tried were simply spectacular: cooked well but not burned like they often are, and flavorful. Frankly, I've rarely had pizzas this good. Plus, the service is impeccable and the service is quick. Overall, I always enjoy going there.

13/07/2026: Located directly at the sea this lovely restaurant offers a variety of fantastic seafood creations. In addition you can also get some meat dishes. But I recommend to have fresh fish. We went for the fish tartare, the polpo arosto followed by swordfish Lasagne and a fish dish. The starters were very tasty and freshly prepared. Also the main corse was delicious. Maybe the portions are a little bit small, but ok. Service is extremly friendly and explains everything in English. The ambiente is nice with sea view. Prices are quite high but meet the quality.

13/01/2026: Spectacular food, perhaps one of the best in Aprica in terms of quality. Delicious, very friendly and helpful service, and not a lot of money; in fact, it feels like you're still paying lira prices. The atmosphere is very beautiful, especially the dining room, with its paintings.

An Italian/Roman menu with traditional dishes and classics from our cuisine.
The appetizers are varied and well-prepared, and paired with a glass of Prosecco, it's perfect.
Very welcoming and professional staff. I recommend the chicken thighs with chicory—outstanding!

17/01/2026: Good ice cream, too bad they charged 20 cents for an extra small, EMPTY cup, requested because my daughter's cone was "collapsing"... in all the other ice cream shops in the city where I happened to ask for an extra empty cup or a spoon, no one ever asked to pay... thank goodness at least the napkins are free.

19/04/2026: This place is difficult to find for those who don't know it. The food is good, but definitely not abundant. The place is clean, but it feels more like a bar than a restaurant. Overall, it was a positive experience, but not a thrilling one. Good value for money.

03/06/2026: So the sushi tastes like nothing. The salmon is like styrofoam, full of fat. The tuna is beyond reproach, and the shrimp gave us the shivers, and the hosomaki seaweed tasted like cinchona. I'm giving the service two stars because the waiter was friendly. I absolutely don't recommend wasting 30 euros per person.

09/06/2026: I've been here a few times and always love coming back. The atmosphere is lovely, and the menu is rich and tasty. You can choose from multi-grain doughs and even pizza without mozzarella, which is useful for those who prefer to avoid it. It's very tasty. The staff is very friendly, as is the management, who takes great care in ensuring the service and enjoyment of the meals.
19/05/2026: I went to Castello with my family and friends three times while we were in Gioia. Every time we were well received, with the waitress patiently allowing us to wait while we chose our food. The pizzas were wonderful, quick, and very well made. Dinner was also great the next day. Nothing to complain about. A great addition to the city of Gioia del Colle. I recommend a visit to anyone who has the opportunity!
