I've been here a few times and always love coming back. The atmosphere is lovely, and the menu is rich and tasty. You can choose from multi-grain doughs and even pizza without mozzarella, which is useful for those who prefer to avoid it. It's very tasty. The staff is very friendly, as is the management, who takes great care in ensuring the service and enjoyment of the meals.

I went to Castello with my family and friends three times while we were in Gioia. Every time we were well received, with the waitress patiently allowing us to wait while we chose our food. The pizzas were wonderful, quick, and very well made. Dinner was also great the next day. Nothing to complain about. A great addition to the city of Gioia del Colle. I recommend a visit to anyone who has the opportunity!

We usually come from Castellana Grotte specifically to eat at a pizzeria in Gioia del Colle that we love, but this time, since we didn't have a reservation and it was fully booked, we decided to try this restaurant that some friends had told us about. Overall, it was a pleasant discovery: the place is very cute and well-kept, and we were greeted by a truly kind and cheerful owner, which is always appreciated. The pizza wasn't bad, good, but not particularly memorable. The prices are slightly higher than average, with a cover charge of €3, including non-woven tablecloths. Ultimately, a good place, especially if you're in the area and don't have many other options, although for us, our favorite pizzeria is still unbeatable.

Prices are average, the location is average, the service is slow.

Excellent place in the shadow of the castle. Excellent pizza, and the fried pupi are a must-try. We'll be back.

The charcuterie and cheese platter, served with toasted bread, is excellent. The pizza is also good. The staff is very friendly.
