23/05/2026: There were 8 of us. The place wasn't crowded, only half the tables were occupied. We arrived at 8:30 PM. Appetizer at 8:45 PM, finished the appetizer at 8:55 PM. Sandwiches and steaks arrived at 9:50 PM. We had a really long wait. The waitress wasn't particularly friendly or courteous, but you can ignore it if you don't have to wait an hour for your food. Excellent food.

09/05/2026: Whenever I go to Chiavari, if I can, I go to this ice cream shop and get some gelato. I think it's delicious; it's creamy and flavorful. They also make ice cream cakes and various individual portions. They also offer lunchtime restaurant service with a few dishes. The bar is large and has seating. The staff is friendly.

12/04/2026: I'm returning to this place, even though I hadn't had a great experience in the past, perhaps because I'd had the Tori Paitan, chicken broth with pork, egg, seaweed, etc., but it wasn't as flavorful. I'd also had the karaage donburi, fried chicken on a bowl of rice and mayonnaise, which I liked better. This time I'm having the karaage bites, but they were truly disappointing, and then the Shiro tonkotsu, pork ramen with egg, seaweed, etc., and compared to the ramen the first time, I liked this one better; it had a stronger, tastier flavor. The place is small, seating less than 20 people, and it's hard to fit two people in because, in order to seat more people, they make you feel really cramped, with no room to move... It's a place worth trying because it's a trend, but honestly, I was expecting something more...

The cuisine is excellent, with great attention to raw materials (often local) and masterful preparation, beautiful presentation, and the flavors are clear and unpretentious. The service is prompt, friendly, and professional. There's never a glitch or a lapse in style, and everyone has a smile and a word to say. The price is reasonable for the offerings and in line with other restaurants in the valley. The staff at the local restaurants are calibrated based on average attendance (it couldn't be otherwise, given the huge difference between high and low season), so you may occasionally have to wait a bit longer than average. Don't panic, just enjoy the view and you'll be served in good time. We always highly recommend it.
