05/11/2025: I came here because I wanted spaghetti, but the price for tomato spaghetti, Margherita pizza, and two tonic waters was different from the price listed on the menu. They charged me 50 euros, even asking for a tip. They didn't even give me a receipt, which seemed a bit insulting to Asians. I don't recommend this place.

07/10/2025: Bad, terrible. I ordered a pizza. I said I wanted it big. He didn't take my order or tell me what I wanted it with. He brought me a large Margherita. I told him I wanted spicy salami and bacon. To my surprise, he grabbed the salami and bacon and threw it on top without even baking it. Literally raw. Terrible. I won't go back, nor do I recommend it at all!

Terrible service; you're greeted by a decidedly unfriendly, dryly basic waiter/meter who doesn't encourage you to return or recommend the place. If he's an employee, he should be trained; if he's the owner... well... good luck. Too bad.

20/11/2025: Some friends and I went to a nursing home to visit a mutual friend. After the visit, we decided to have lunch and so we had the opportunity to visit this restaurant near the facility. It was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant isn't very large but is tastefully decorated. We chose the €15 first course menu. It consisted of an entrée with beetroot sauce, delicate in flavor and delicious. Pieces of their homemade focaccia were served. Delicious. A friend who didn't want the sauce was immediately served with various vegetables. For our first course, we chose short pasta with cherry tomato and fish sauce. The dishes were well-structured and tasty. Dessert and coffee were also included. A bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of still water were also included. My neighbor was served a glass of sparkling white wine, which was of good quality. Finally, a special mention for the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Overall, a positive experience, and a good price, too.

07/11/2025: It's been a while since I've been here, and I have to say I was very satisfied. The evening menu offers a surprise menu, but it can be customized upon request. I chose the cooked fish menu, which was very pleasant, tasty, and beautifully prepared, even in terms of presentation. I definitely want to return to try more.

30/11/2025: This is the second time I've been to this place this month. The food was very good the first time: good, large pizzas and a good tiramisu. The second time, we ordered focaccia, and it was a bread pizza base. It was tasty but very thick, with zucchini puree on top and a fried shrimp per slice. We didn't like it much. The pizza was slightly burnt. The worst part was when we ordered tiramisu and they brought it without the chocolate topping. When we told the waiter, he removed it and brought it back half a minute later with a large clump of chocolate powder on top. It was so bitter and unpleasant that it made it hard to eat. They tried to charge us for it, but in the end, we didn't have to. We understand it was just an off day and we had bad luck.

17/10/2025: Impeccable from day one - Sublime Pizza As promised, here I am with a top-notch review (well deserved) for my favorite pizzeria. I've been a loyal Vanacore customer for over four years now. When we say "tonight's pizza" on Saturdays, that means Vanacore. The pizza is evenly cooked, truly beautiful, and every bite is an explosion of flavor, including the crust, whose crunch (unique to Vanacore) never gets old. The selection of ingredients (of the highest quality) is made with the utmost care, and they are cooked to perfection to ensure a perfect final balance of flavors. The ingredients on the pizza are plentiful, never too many or too few. The menu changes seasonally, and each time they create unique flavors (which is a shame when the menu changes a little 😂). The service is excellent; everyone is very friendly, kind, and pleasant, open to giving and receiving advice, and attentive to their customers. I can confidently say that in these four years there's never been a mistake, not even a single word like "a part of the crust was a little burned" or that the pizza disappointed me a little.
