04/10/2025: High-quality artisanal gelato! The staff is always friendly and helpful! In the summer, there's an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your gelato with friends! Renovated a few months ago, it was beautiful before, but now it's a real gem!

14/09/2025: Even 100% plant-based ice creams are AMAZING, DELICIOUS! Creamy, not too sweet, and not the usual 5 sad flavors: 5 well-deserved stars, friendly staff, and fair prices.

04/10/2025: I was dubious about eating sushi in rome, but after eating pasta for 5 days, I needed a xhang. And boy, I'm flad I gave it a go. The All You Can Eat is great value. And is esentiallh like ordering Al-a-Carte. Everything was great. Service was speedy and the outside area had a great vibe. Totally deserves 5 stars.

31/08/2025: Well... Food is good. But service does impact on taste. It was a very unpleasant visit service wise. Rude waiter that does not wanted to serve tables. He was training a young waiter, poor sou that will lear how not to do. Food was good! It a bit too much Instagrammed presentation and a bit lag on taste. My stake was not on the point I requested and a bit cold. The best recommendations is to eat the gelato next door after eating at the fantasticAll'Antico Vinaio!

This is a delightful restaurant in a wonderful location, steeped in nature and rich in history. The incredible flavors, created by the heart and soul of two wonderful and excellent chefs, materialize in dishes that are beyond special and rich in ancient flavors, such as the fettuccine, strictly homemade, with a white pigeon sauce... PHENOMENAL! The expert cooking, beyond perfect, pairs perfectly with the highest-quality ingredients that the two chefs use with incredible skill. The aroma of the bread, also homemade, is a caress for the soul. The lamb chops with green beans are unparalleled. The breaded and fried rabbit is sublime. The meat is cooked with a stopwatch. A perfect contrast between the crispy, perfectly uniform exterior and the incredibly tender interior, for both lamb and rabbit. Spectacular! For the Dentramelia chefs, cooking is a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that a chef, by preparing his dishes, can evoke in those who enjoy them. All this makes an ordinary dish uncommon. Dentramelia's cuisine is pure talent, the rediscovery of a pure and genuine tradition, all Italian. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begins with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminates in the perfection of the evolution from the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the excellent quality of the raw materials. The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of a chef's knowledge of what the verb "cook" means. This quality standard allows the diner to fully enjoy the flavors. 13/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Amelia, with simple furnishings and discreet, impeccable service. The local cuisine selection is limited, but meticulously prepared. I highly recommend the excellent homemade pasta, which makes you feel like you're being pampered by your grandmother: the briciola is wonderful, the pigeon ragù excellent. The house wine is a wonderful local red, and the food and drink are excellent at very reasonable prices.

Locals come here as if they were visiting friends – that's saying something! I recommend the panzerroti – AMAZING!!! And it's so close to my place across the street! ;-)

This time, we organized a dinner to celebrate my dad, and we can say we were absolutely delighted with everything! The food was excellent, and the service was prompt and courteous. The waiters were truly helpful and friendly. Booking was easy, and the location is lovely, ideal for both indoor and outdoor seating. The price is very fair for what you get. We'll definitely keep coming back and recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely evening with friends in a welcoming setting with excellent food.
