Roberto Restaurant & Bistrot In Barlassina

I've been here for both special occasions like a confirmation and for a lunch break with a colleague. I've always found the service to be friendly, the atmosphere positive, and the food both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. For a low price, you don't get the usual sandwich or slice of pizza, but a refined and elaborate dish that leaves you satisfied when you return to work!

A truly beautiful place located in Barlassina, nestled in the greenery of the Groane Park. Super clean rooms, with attention to detail. The staff, well, what can I say, fantastic!!!! Super friendly and always available. The chef and his assistants have golden hands and produce dishes that, in my opinion, deserve a Michelin star! Delicious. Fresh ingredients, cooked with incredible care. They look like paintings. Highly recommended! Beautiful!

I'm making a bold statement, but one that's hard to deny: for me, Roberto Bistrot is one of those lunchtime restaurants that offers a top-ten quality/price/location ratio in all of Lombardy. ​At midday, with prices absolutely in line with classic "business lunch" establishments (the ones serving pasta and cutlet, for example), it actually offers high-end cuisine in a truly elegant setting: a splendid veranda immersed in the greenery of a park. ​A little anecdote: Even though I'm local, I knew the place but not Roberto's management (I'm talking about a few years ago now). A colleague of mine who lives in Arona, accustomed to a certain lifestyle, told me that every time he was in the area, he absolutely stopped by Roberto's. His comment? "I've never seen a restaurant with this quality for lunch anywhere else."

I had the pleasure of organizing a wedding dinner at Ristorante dal Roberto. I'll tell you about my experience. Starting with the manager, Mr. Ivan, he's professional, friendly, and empathetic. He's attentive and meticulous to the customer's needs and always willing to listen to their needs. 10 stars! The chef and the kitchen: top-quality ingredients, excellent quality and technique. Finding criticism of the kitchen seems quite unfair. The food is good; I don't know the prices because I was a guest. The service was a bit slow but friendly.

As always, an excellent dinner. The appetizers were excellent, like the calamarata, and I'd say the mojito and perch risotto was sublime, all accompanied by an excellent Gewurztraminer. The staff was also very professional. Congratulations👏👏

Go for it without hesitation! Delicious, generous portions, and very affordable. Well worth the trip! We went three nights in a row and we couldn't get enough! It was truly excellent. And the service was so friendly! Thank you for these delightful moments.
