02/11/2025: A very positive experience. The restaurant has a terrace with an exceptional view, and the cross-section of the tables allows everyone to enjoy the view. The service was perfect. Damiano, the head waiter, does his job admirably with kindness and professionalism. The dishes are refined and undoubtedly the result of research and local attention, given that most of the ingredients are locally sourced. I definitely recommend it, although not on weekends, as it's very popular.

This behavior demonstrates unprofessional management and a clear lack of customer service.

21/10/2025: A truly impeccable dinner! The Porterhouse was extraordinary, served on a hot stone so you could adjust the cooking to your liking. The meat was top-quality, tender, and incredibly flavorful. The baked potatoes on the side were also excellent. The staff was friendly and quick, and the place has a truly welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

05/11/2025: Excellent goose lunch, everything very good and generous portions. The homemade desserts are also delicious. Service is a bit slow, but the quality of the products makes up for the wait. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

17/10/2025: A "stormy" start despite the reservation, I enter and no one welcomes me, 5 minutes pass I decide to leave, the owner notices the gaf and convinces me to stay, she makes up for it with a drink given to me, and excellent table service and excellent quality of sushi
02/09/2025: Best Japanese restaurant in the Castelli Romani. Both traditional and original/reinterpreted dishes are available, ranging beyond the usual sushi. The veggie uramaki are a must-try. The atmosphere is quiet and you can dine al fresco.

The frise were spectacular (I recommend the one with eggplant, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes).
The orecchiette with tomato and burrata were neither good nor bad.
The price is average, but if you have to go, stock up on their appetizers.
10/09/2025: It was okay. Unfortunately, nothing more. The food was okay. The wine was okay. Some of the staff were friendly, some not so much. All in all, just okay.

04/12/2025: When I come to Milan for work, I always stop by Taipy, which I discovered by chance a few years ago. The coffee and fresh (not frozen) brioches are good. For lunch, I always choose the special "old-style" sandwiches with mortadella, mustard, and chopped pistachios, or the classic one with prosciutto, which is truly unique at Taipy. And then there's always Paolo, the owner, who does everything he can to make you feel at home.
Highly recommended!!
02/12/2025: An aperitivo unworthy of Milanese cuisine, three cocktails loaded with ice to die for: €30, and you have to beg for San Carlo crisps. Ridiculous.
