17/07/2025: We went to Ciccio Passami l'Olio in Palermo to try one of the most talked-about pizzas in the city. The experience was good, with no particular surprises. The place is cute and welcoming, with a casual atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, although at times the service seemed a bit slow, probably due to the crowds. The pizza is definitely the highlight: well-crafted dough, light and easy to digest, with a good selection of quality ingredients. The menu offers interesting options, both for those seeking classics and those craving something a little more unique. Prices are reasonable, in line with the quality offered and the current trend among high-end pizzerias. 24/05/2025: Since the first inn opened, I eat here on Saturdays and Sundays. The food is quite good. The staff is kind and friendly. The place has recently been renovated, everything is more welcoming. I recommend this place and its Pasticceria Valentini. Rating 10

23/06/2025: Servizio deludente. Ho ordinato telefonicamente, indicando con precisione l’orario di ritiro richiesto. Al mio arrivo, con grande sorpresa, mi è stato detto che il cibo non solo non era pronto, ma non era nemmeno stato iniziato. Il tutto accompagnato da modi scortesi e un atteggiamento indisponente. La frase che mi è stata rivolta – “se lo vuoi devi aspettare, altrimenti questo non è locale per te” – è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Un'esperienza deludente che purtroppo mi spinge a non tornare più. Da evitare.

14/08/2025: A wonderful discovery. We came to this village to discover the birthplace of our grandfather (and his brothers and sisters), who was born here in 1904 before immigrating to France. The only restaurant open, they prepared a delicious, somewhat "homemade" meal without a menu. Antispasti to die for (mozzarella, beignet, etc.) Impeccable service and low prices!

12/08/2025: A historic restaurant in the Acquafondata square! The atmosphere is simple and familiar, and the service is always warm. In the summer, you can eat outside, and it's always cool in the evenings. The fried donuts as an appetizer are wonderful, as are the cheeses! The first courses are excellent, and I'm told they even serve meat (I'm vegetarian). Our friend ate the pork shank and said it was wonderful! And they also do pizza in the evenings! It's worth the trip!

29/07/2025: Passing through Foggia, my partner and I stopped for lunch at this wonderful restaurant, where we were pampered by the local lady and gentleman. Typical Apulian dishes are exquisite, excellent, and traditional! I recommend it for a fantastic lunch!

18/07/2025: We stopped by by chance. The place might go unnoticed, perhaps stuck in the '90s, but...come by and stop. Freshly prepared dishes, quality ingredients, home-like service. Wonderful...we had a great time. The price...excellent. Must try!

04/09/2025: I hadn't been there for a few years. Unfortunately, all the food has deteriorated, both in quality and variety. The arancini were flavorless, with almost no mozzarella. Cartocciate con patate (potato patties) lacked tomato and mozzarella; they don't exist in Catania. The other desserts left much to be desired, with high prices, far removed from the delicious things they used to sell. I feel sorry for the owners, but they can't sell these products; if they have problems, it's better to close down. You can't tarnish Catanian food like this. I don't recommend it.

09/03/2025: Pizza Re is a delicious pizzeria and chip shop in Roviano. Good welcome and service, excellent pizza and fried foods.

04/09/2025: I went for dinner. From a wide selection of traditional cuisine and pizzas, I opted for a pizza. It was good, with high crusts and excellent toppings. The staff was courteous and friendly. A good place for a simple dinner.

07/08/2025: We had dinner one evening with friends. The pizzas were delicious, and so were the desserts. It's a simple, fairly large place. Welcoming, with friendly staff.

31/08/2025: Well... Food is good. But service does impact on taste. It was a very unpleasant visit service wise. Rude waiter that does not wanted to serve tables. He was training a young waiter, poor sou that will lear how not to do. Food was good! It a bit too much Instagrammed presentation and a bit lag on taste. My stake was not on the point I requested and a bit cold. The best recommendations is to eat the gelato next door after eating at the fantasticAll'Antico Vinaio!

09/08/2025: A rotisserie pizzeria in the eastern part of the city. You can dine in or buy takeout. A huge variety of items are available for purchase. The pizzas are all incredibly tasty, given the quality of the ingredients used to make them. A variety of fried foods are available. You can order pizza by the slice and/or by the meter. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. On Saturday evenings, between 8 and 11 p.m., you'll need to be extremely patient when ordering, as the place is regularly booked due to the quality of its products.

23/08/2025: Great location, a supermarket, restaurant, and café all in one, right next to the beach. The decor could use some attention.
