06/12/2025: Nice place, but water costs €3, while on the price list it costs €1.20, then once we arrived they made us pay immediately and when I looked at the glass I even found it dirty.
24/11/2025: We often stop at this place which is in a strategic position if you want to take a stroll through the streets of the center, we usually have a bottle of wine with an aperitif attached, fair price with plenty of food even if a little too much fried food, clean and tidy place, very kind and helpful staff, on Sundays it is better to book because it is very crowded, overall highly recommended

In my opinion the best ice cream in Pavia, a thousand flavors of all kinds and they are constantly adding new ones and what's more it's also cheap among all the ice cream shops

29/11/2025: After just an hour at the table, the staff began pressuring us to leave, saying the next shift had started. We were peremptorily told we had to leave. We also noticed the rudeness of one employee, who even lifted my bag to move it because it was in the way. A very short and unpleasant evening. The food is quality, but customers shouldn't be treated like battery chickens. Oh, and lastly, the receipt wasn't issued until later upon request; apparently it was an oversight.

Kindness, courtesy, customer service, and the search for the finest ingredients combined in new food innovations make Ozio one of the city's most iconic venues.

But the quality of the ingredients is average.
A total disappointment, a shame.
08/10/2025: Very pleasant location, delicious food, the service has some room for improvement, such as advice on choosing dishes and, last but not least, the waitress's nails, decidedly excessively long to convey the idea of perfect hygiene.

28/08/2025: From the outside, you wouldn't give it two cents. Once you're inside, you'd give it a hundred thousand, the food and drink are so good. Prices are as low as they used to be. A must-stop every time I go to or from the station.

But if I pay for a pizza with fries, it can't have 10 fries on it!!! It was a Margherita!!!!!

23/03/2025: The location may not seem very special, but the inside is beautiful and attractively decorated. We had a delicious dinner. We do not speak Italian, but extensive effort was made to explain what the menu was and what the specialties of the area are. Very friendly people who like to make it fun. A limoncello from the house to end. Thanks for the wonderful evening!

02/08/2025: The pizza is delicious, but you can really eat anything. Very nice place, beautiful garden, and helpful owners. Definitely worth a visit!
