30/06/2025: A typical Italian bar that's been around for over 60 years. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. The paninis are amazing. Always freshly prepared, with high-quality ingredients, which you can taste. We've been there several times... for breakfast and a quick afternoon snack. Great!

I can't say the quality/price ratio because I was invited but I think it's a little above average. I recommend it for a special evening or if you want to invite people of a certain prestige.

02/06/2025: The best pizza in Valtellina. They say: You arrive and they don't even know the name of the person who booked the table. In the meantime, while our friends arrive, we decide to get 2 beers and pay for them right away. On the menu, 2 small beers are listed as 3 euros and they cost us a whopping 10 euros. And of course, they took the cover charge. Too bad they had the cover charge repaid at the end of the dinner. So that cover charge cost 6 euros. But that's okay!!!!! AH 10 euros for two small beers without even the shadow of an olive. Let's die for greed, but we don't give up because maybe, in some hidden part of their hearts, there are even welcoming people. We decide to enjoy these two expensive beers leaning against the counter but the boss asks us to move several times. And yes, because you should know that there is no room to move there. So, to avoid disturbing them, we go outside but there isn't even a chair to sit on. That is, the chairs are there but they leave them stacked outside in a corner. But we don't give up and so we take them ourselves and sit down. At a certain point we are hunted by a table set up in the space of two seconds right where we were. Don't give up, I repeat, because you know, the real beauties of life are around the corner. Maybe the pizza is good. Friends arrive. Burnt pizzas. All of them. Is it a characteristic of Neapolitan pizza? I don't think so. They get the order wrong. There's not even enough room to move around to go to the bathroom but they don't give up the kilometer-long tables. Oh, speaking of the bathroom, while you pee with one hand you have to hold the door closed because it has an anti-panic handle and therefore you can't lock it. Then obviously they forget about you and imagine if they ask you DO YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE? IS EVERYTHING OK? COFFEE? DESSERT? Moral of all, our pizza party even had an expiration date. At 9:30 PM we had to clear the table. From Frenck to Frec it's a short step.

09/06/2025: Been in sicily for a week now and we've had plenty of Pizza so far. This was the best until now. The dough was incredible. Soft and also crunchy. Slightly salty and the sweetness from the flour still intact. Truly amazing. The sheer amount of varieties they have is astonishing. We've had one with poppy seeds, almonds, ham and tomato jam (usually an outrageus combination) and they made it work. And we had a classic - Tuna and Onion. Also really great. The pomodoro was sweet, sour and salty. 10/10 would recommend. The service was also great. The ambiente is the only reason why they dont have a michelin star. Its close to a road. But it still works really well. We are staying in Alcamo for 4 more days. We will come back.
