14/08/2025: In my opinion, the gelato is high-quality. It's appropriately stored in a well, not displayed in a tub. Various flavors are available, including some sophisticated and unusual ones. The open-plan lab is lovely; customers are interested in knowing where their favorite treats are made. I would make one point: perhaps it's best not to leave some of the "processes" visible in the lab, otherwise it could have the opposite effect.

28/08/2025: We stopped at this place before leaving for Sardinia. We discovered it by chance. It's very easy to get to from the SS. Good food, very good service. Nice location. It's a shame about the lemon sorbet...not good. We ordered two cacciucchi, which were good. Good value.

02/08/2025: We ate here two years ago for dinner and had a great time...it was the same this time, both for the light-crust pizzas and for my gnocchi with sea bream sauce, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan flakes.

22/09/2025: Excellent pizza, easy to digest and with really good ingredients, the service is attentive and on time. We dined in the garden and had a great time. I will definitely be back!

09/12/2025: The pizza is very good, but the experience is ruined by the wait to get a table. This place completely loses the concept of reservations. Regardless of whether you reserve a table or not, if you go on weekends or holidays, you'll have to wait half an hour or more just to be seated. But don't worry, they have a solution: if you actually want to be seated at the time you reserved, you can conveniently PAY for a VIP table. It's ridiculous that they try to make money off of reservations. As I said at the beginning, the pizza and pinza are very good, and the place is welcoming. It's a shame they have little ethics towards their customers.

07/12/2025: Excellent pizza, great service. It's a shame they didn't offer Kamut dough at lunch, which we only told you about when ordering. Otherwise, the quality is very high! Well done!

17/09/2025: Amazing piadina, beautifully filled with top-notch ingredients. The staff hums while they cook, creating a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere. It's just steps from the sea, which offers a breathtaking view! Highly recommended.

25/06/2025: A dinner with a work group. I had already met the owner during conferences, he served the catering. Nice little place, not too big, very well looked after. Excellent and plentiful food. Perfect service. Nothing to report. We will definitely have another stop there. TOP.

14/12/2025: It all started out well... until it all went south. We ordered two aperitivo options with drinks and a portion of nachos. The nachos were good, the guacamole topped with what we think was sour cream to dilute the avocado, or perhaps a stylistic choice, I don't know. The pinsa was good. DO NOT GET THE CICCHETTI APERITIF; the cheese had strong Roman overtones—Roman, that is, rubbish—a toasted slice of toast topped with pumpkin cream, and something with an ambiguous consistency: a tiny arancini filled with just rice, a pea, and maybe half an olive, and a piece of polenta that was good. The drinks seemed non-alcoholic and watered down. We asked for a refill, which was kindly granted, but I still have doubts about whether or not that drink contained alcohol.

05/12/2025: I met Bruzia at the "Una mole di panettoni" event in Turin last weekend, and it was a delightful discovery. The 'nduja panettone is irresistible! I bought a couple to share with my friends, and they're all raving about it! A true excellence that Calabria should be proud of. If we start from the passion and professionalism that Bruzia brings to her work, Calabria can conquer the world. Well done!!!

The real star is the pizza: the dough is truly delicious, and the choice of three different types demonstrates their great customer service. The ingredients used are of the highest quality, bringing out every flavor impeccably. But it's not just the food that makes the difference: the service was polite, friendly, and attentive, making the evening extremely enjoyable. The venue also deserves a mention: it's modern, well-kept, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Special praise goes to the management, entrusted to talented and well-trained young people. Their passion and professionalism are evident. My heartfelt congratulations to the entire staff! I will definitely be back.

24/10/2025: Main premise: it's located in Pianoro, well outside of Bologna, and its patrons are mostly locals and regulars. A quiet place, where you can eat in peace and converse. It offers excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff; excellent quality pizzas at a still reasonable price. A typical local restaurant, pizza version. A variety of doughs depending on the day, generous toppings, and the expertise of a passionate pizza chef... make the product even better. "Stretched" pizzas, fragrant, absolutely digestible... You could even eat more than one. Given the location, the premises, the management, and above all the passion of those who make a living from their work, this is a place to choose if you're looking for quality and tranquility.

01/10/2025: I always get pizza from Kriss; it's my favorite in the area. I love their pepperoni. The crust is crispy, they're absolutely not stingy with the toppings, and it's amazing. You guys are great! The only thing missing is delivery right to my door. But maybe that's a good thing, because otherwise I'd eat too much pizza! Good luck, guys!

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊

31/03/2025: Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.

18/11/2025: Beautiful place, lovely atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious food (we had the tortelli della possenta and the fried calamari with potatoes). Perhaps they could offer a glass of wine instead of a bottle (not listed on the menu). Great experience, I'll be back!
