13/09/2025: A very good trattoria with a rustic and quiet atmosphere, perfect service, and top-notch dishes! Fine red and white wine, homemade pasta, cheeses, and cured meats! All in all, a very pleasant evening, even with live music! I recommend visiting this trattoria at least once in your life!

04/09/2025: What can I say? A nice place, the food is also quite good. It's a shame about the service, let's call it poor. I spoke in Friulian specifically to avoid scams, but instead... If a Friulian orders a white wine, he's asking for the one on tap, not the most expensive one in the shop. I'll advertise.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

21/07/2025: Ambiente luminoso ed accogliente, ma estremamente tranquillo e rilassante, a cui contribuiscono anche la gentilezza e professionalita' del personale sempre pronto e disponibile. Bella la cucina a vista, ma la cosa importante sono i piatti, non molti fortunatamente, ognuno con sapore preciso ed equilibrato, con materie prime di ottima qualita', le verdure provengono da piccole coltivazioni del proprietario stesso. In definitiva un bel posto dove passare tranquillamente del tempo gustando ottimi piatti della tradizione. Una bella scoperta dove ritornare piu' spesso. Un grazie allo Chef.

21/07/2025: Ristorante di charme, accogliente e senza volontà di aderire a mode recenti e passeggere. Abbiamo cenato all’interno, dove na discreta selezione musicale è un personale di sala sorridente e premuroso ci ha accolto con simpatia. Menù degustazione che dagli antipasti, polpo scottato su purea di finocchi, al primo, mezze maniche con pescespada, melanzane, menta e pomodoro, passando per un secondo, un filetto di ricciola , patate e fagiolini ( varietà lunga di diretta coltivazione) ha trovato una dolce conclusione in un’eccellente caprese al cioccolato e gelato alle mandarle. I piatti semplici e ben equilibrato, saporiti e gustosi, ben presentati. Cantina ben fornita, atmosfera intima e rilassata. Il nostro plauso allo chef, e al direttore di sala per la sua presenza gentile e professionale. L’incontro con una cucina genuina e locale, è stato arricchito dalla conoscenza con il proprietario, persona conviviale e di grande cultura. Con estremo piacere ci ha regalato aneddoti stupendi sulla cucina napoletana, partendo dalla corte di Federico II , fino a tempi moderni. Grazie per il suo nocillo, e soprattutto la graditissima compagnia! Torneremo con amici, molto presto!

16/08/2025: We've been to Le Streghe twice. The first time was for lunch. We were the only guests. We didn't get a menu, but the hostess had some Sicilian delicacies for us, and the children got spaghetti pomodori. We especially enjoyed the melanzane! We paid €60.50, including water, three soft drinks, and coperto. At checkout, we had a nice chat with the hostess and (I think her daughter). We even got tips for visiting a nearby beach! And they invited us to have pizza the following evening. We were also warmly welcomed on the terrace for dinner, and the pizzas arrived promptly. The children already on the terrace were a bit disruptive at first, but then went off to play elsewhere. Unfortunately, the hostess and daughter were no longer in sight after the pizzas were served, and then we asked, through another waitress, for an empty pizza box (for the slices of pizza we couldn't finish) and the bill. For 4 pizzas, 1 liter of Coca-Cola Zero, 2 x 50cl Lemon Soda, and Coperto, the price was €44.50; that's a small amount! Thanks for the lovely meeting!

01/09/2025: Very friendly manager, until I complained. Then she was insulted and left shortly after. Wiener schnitzel was dry as parchment, consisting only of breadcrumb coating. Dumpling trifle was also dry and tasteless. I don't understand the good reviews.

25/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was disappointing. We arrived very early (around 5:20 p.m.). Almost all the tables outside were free, but we still had to sit inside, even though we said we'd be leaving very quickly. When we left (around 6:20 p.m.), two large tables outside were still free. The food was okay at best (the dumpling trio was rather dry), but the Veneziano unfortunately didn't taste the slightest bit like Aperol. A ready-made (cheap) mixed drink, perhaps? All in all, we were disappointed and won't be back. What a shame!

28/05/2025: We ordered the steak but made it very clear to the waitress that one member of our group couldn’t stomach rare beef and so could we please have it medium or medium rare. We used photos on google to show what was and wasn’t okay. Lo and behold the steak comes out and it’s rare, but the waitress keeps insisting this is what medium is. Now, I like rare steak, so while the person in our group ordered something else, I was very happy with the food, until I got home, and started feeling very very sick. We had a lot of wine, so happy to attribute some of it to that, but I definitely had some kind of food poisoning that’s making travel today very difficult. Even 12 hours later I’m still feeling very very nauseous and have had very little sleep due to needing to go to the bathroom a lot in the night. Fanciest, most expensive food poisoning I’ve ever had.

26/07/2025: First time here, what can I say? Everything was fantastic! We had a classic appetizer and two fish-based first courses, all very good. Then the homemade dessert was divine to say the least... water, wine, and coffee were barely €40... Highly recommended!
