22/06/2026: I've been coming to this old-school pizzeria and rotisserie for years, but for some reason, I've never remembered to leave a review. I'm delighted to leave one now to express my appreciation for this neighborhood favorite, where you can always find excellent pan pizza, as well as a wide variety of delicious fried foods, not to mention the extensive takeout menu available daily. Recommended for a quick lunch or to take home some tasty treats to enjoy at home.
05/04/2026: I honestly didn’t expect much at first—when you hear “cheapest pizza in Rome,” you don’t exactly think “best ever.” But this place completely changed my mind.
From the moment I walked in, it had that classic Roman vibe: simple, busy, and full of locals (which is always a good sign). The menu was straightforward, and the prices were almost unbelievable—way lower than most places in the city. I remember double-checking because I thought there had to be a catch.
There wasn’t.
The pizza came out quickly, fresh from the oven, and it looked perfect. The crust was thin but still soft on the inside, with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The sauce tasted super fresh, not too acidic, and the cheese was melted perfectly—not too heavy, not too light. Every bite just worked.
What really surprised me was how something so affordable could taste this good. Usually, you expect to sacrifice quality for price, but here it was the opposite. It honestly beat some of the more expensive, “fancy” pizza places I tried in Rome.
If you’re ever in Rome and want incredible pizza without spending much, this place is a must. Cheap, authentic, and easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. 🍕
