15/03/2025: The most beautiful discovery of this quarter: If you pass through St Bernard, you absolutely must stop at Locanda La Clusaz! We stopped on the road to Italy around noon. The place was renovated 4 years ago. Stone vaults, white tablecloths and fireplace: the welcome is very professional and friendly. A beautiful, traditional and inventive menu. And a choice of superb wines: choose the great Aosta Valley wines, we were recommended for a “little red” from a young producer: fabulous! We ate like kings, it was original, fine and delicious!

31/03/2025: Really good brioche, ice cream and granita. The croissants for breakfast are frozen and inedible. The young waiter who served us the first day was very kind and helpful, but the waiter the second time was lazy and didn't understand the questions we asked him. Too bad but after the last service we will never go back.

15/04/2025: We had the pleasure of organizing a party for medical students in this place. We were about a hundred people and we were welcomed by Stefano, the staff and the three floors of the restaurant. The drinks, food and service were excellent. The DJ was very good and willing to accept musical requests. The only flaw is the single bathroom, which created a bit of a queue. Nonetheless, we were all very satisfied with the place and the kindness and attention of the staff. We will definitely be back in the future!

11/04/2025: I celebrated my 18th here, what can I say, a wonderful party!! Stefano super helpful and kind for any request regarding the organization of the party. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and above all pleasant for the entire duration of the party.

19/04/2025: Esperienza culinaria assolutamente da provare per tutti (anche per gli onnivori). Frank è una persona simpaticissima e con un gusto ed una qualità nel fare ricerca davvero ineccepibile! Il posto è magico ed è tutto personalizzato homemade, dalle foto affisse alle pareti per finire alle coccole che ti presenta nel piatto!

La pizza manco a dirlo buonissima, il cornicione ripieno di ricotta una bomba. Prezzi in linea con altre pizzerie simili , forse un pelo sotto. Esperienza da rifare assolutamente.

The rooms are modern, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You immediately feel comfortable. We would particularly like to highlight the food: both the dinner and the breakfast were excellent – ​​fresh, regional and simply great in terms of taste! The staff were consistently friendly, courteous and very helpful - you immediately notice that hospitality is practiced here. For anyone who is passing through or is looking for a charming hotel with a feel-good factor, the Hotel Alt Spaur is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

23/03/2025: I choose the trattoria driven by instinct and by inspiration for the place and name. Calling to book twice the line goes dead, I baptize it as a sign of destiny to change my choice of place to go but with surprise I am called back and we take a table. A little distrustful and fearful of having been called back due to the lack of customers and the consequent lack of quality of the cuisine, we were splendidly proven wrong and exquisitely overwhelmed by the flavors of a homely and typical Roman cuisine. Being called back only reflected the Roman courtesy of the owner who immediately welcomed us making us feel at home. The place is a little gem, it made me take a dip into the past when we went to a trattoria with our parents, same sensations, same smells. Husband and wife run the business with engaging hospitality and passion and the flavours of the dishes reflect their commitment, everything was delicious from the appetizer to the desserts, but the icing on the cake was the carbonara... never eaten something so good! The background music was top, even if that is a matter of taste, the quality/price ratio was top, for how and how much we ate it seemed like a gift, and then Trattop Da Bastiano
