21/10/2025: Wonderful osteria with authentic Italian cuisine! The arrosticini, the carbonara, and the ravioli with mushrooms and truffles were simply fantastic—everything was super fresh and full of flavor. The service was first-class: warm, attentive, and very professional. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, and you immediately feel welcome. We dropped in spontaneously without a reservation and were still warmly welcomed. A true recommendation—we'll definitely be back!

20/09/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance, relying on the good reviews from other users. I can confirm everything. On Saturday lunchtime, the service was very fast, but above all professional and friendly. My server, Ilaria, was perfect. The food—cacio e ova balls and arrosticini—was something to fall in love with.

14/10/2025: I went with to friends just to get some coffee but at the end we stayed there for around 2 hours. The atmosphere was really nice and friendly & the service team was great as well. We just felt really comfortable at the bistro and not only got coffee and golden latte but also some small things to eat :) And the best thing: it's all vegan - we didn't exploit other animals for food and drinks :)

11/10/2025: I travel a lot and have been to many cafés, but this was the first time I was served tea in a cup that was literally cracked. it’s really unacceptable to serve drinks like this.

02/11/2025: My experience may be considered unimportant, but I'd like to share it anyway. The place, which represents an interesting expression of the local culture, is truly charming and welcoming. Unfortunately, however, the service leaves much to be desired. Considering that we are in a predominantly German-speaking area, I can understand some of the difficulties, but there is still a certain lack of attention to the management of table service, which is sloppy and not up to expectations. Furthermore, the pizza seemed devoid of personality: without any particular combinations and with rather low-quality ingredients. Finally, I wanted to try the strudel. And here I'll digress, because this dessert deserves respect. Apple strudel (Apfelstrudel) is a classic of the South Tyrolean tradition, made with a very thin rolled dough—hence the name strudel, meaning "vortex"—and filled with apples, raisins, and pine nuts flavored with cinnamon. It's a dessert with an intense aroma and a long history: its origins date back to Bakalava, a Turkish pastry rolled in phyllo dough, which arrived in Hungary in the 17th century and was later transformed into strudel with the addition of apples. From there, it spread to Austria and finally to Trentino-Alto Adige, where it found fertile ground thanks to the renowned local apples, becoming the region's signature dessert. I hope my experience can serve as a starting point for improvement, because the place has potential, but more care and attention would be needed to fully realize it. …

12/10/2025: Okay, it's 1.50 minutes from Rome, and the access is uphill. Now let's give the food its due, one adjective: Superlative. The house wine is also good. If you want, you can also stay overnight. It's best to book a restaurant and rooms on weekends. It's a place where the world is outside the window, as Celentano said in his song that we play on Radio Vacanze. The service is excellent, very friendly. I found a young waiter at the entrance who was very good at welcoming me; you could see he had a knack for this job. It's nice to see a young black guy who wanted to demonstrate his skills and learn. My suggestion: improve the restroom service, which is too small for many guests. But in closing this review, as the Editor of Radio Vacanze, I recommend it to my listeners. Gianluigi Leoni

21/09/2025: A quaint restaurant offering cuisine that's a little different from the usual, yet still maintains the traditional flavors. I had an excellent roast beef with bay leaf mayonnaise, grilled porcini mushrooms, and Trentin Grana Padano cheese. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for Francesca, the waiter, for her kindness and friendliness (since I'm not a big fan of cheese, she made me put it aside!). Recommended.

03/06/2025: I moved on Saturday 31 May 2025, I wanted to thank the owners, the staff and the chefs, it was a fantastic wedding, Grazia and Roberta make you feel like a princess, they treated me as if I were a member of the family, it was an excellent wedding, the food was delicious and the staff was super qualified. Roberta took care of me and my sclerosis and made herself available 100%, I couldn't have wished for anything better! A family-run agriturismo that welcomed us with sincere warmth, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was authentic, simple, and meticulously crafted, and every detail exuded passion. But it was the food that truly won us over: delicious dishes, prepared with love and local ingredients that spoke of the region.
