08/08/2026: We stumbled upon a shop with a superb cuisine by chance, but it quickly became a go-to. Not just food, but also sandwiches with homemade products, homemade pasta, and I ate some exceptional tagliatelle with truffles. Very convenient for travelers: exit the A1 Orvieto highway, turn right, and after 400 meters on the right, you can't go wrong. Is it worth it? Absolutely YES
