La Raffineria is one of those places that makes you want to linger. A welcoming, well-maintained atmosphere with a relaxed ambiance that makes time fly by. The cocktails are expertly crafted, but the spritz deserves special mention: balanced, refreshing, and simply fabulous. What's more, the snacks are just as good as the drinks, perfect for sharing while you savor the moment. All this at fair prices, something especially appreciated these days. An ideal spot to start the evening… or let it stretch on.

During our short stay in Terni, we decided to have breakfast here because the photos looked very promising. I'll start by saying I'd give it 3.5 stars instead of 3 because, ultimately, it seemed like a well-stocked pastry shop and the products were good. We had a maritozzo with cream, my favorite, a maritozzo with cream, although I wasn't thrilled with the cream, and a baked chocolate croissant. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable, but if I really had to say one thing, I didn't find the maritozzi dough as soft as I'd hoped. They were good, but not the best I've tried.

10/01/2026: Returning from Calabria, my homeland, we found this restaurant with ample parking. The welcome was excellent. Kindness and friendliness accompanied by a welcome glass of prosecco. The taste and flavor of the chicken with peppers took me back in time... Now we are searching for ancient flavors and if you want to take a dip into the past, this is an ideal place. Fair price. Recommended.
