12/07/2025: I'm the leader of a sports group that participated in some competitions in Terni, and we had lunch here these days. The food was delicious, the staff was always kind and helpful, and they're very knowledgeable and precise about gluten-free options. We had a great time; if we're ever in Terni again, we'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

04/07/2025: I love Ramozzi and I often go there to buy from the gluten-free section, the only flaw is the white focaccia that has bitter and sticky burns on the back. Too bad

Menu tradizionale con alcuni piatti rivisitati, gourmet o accostamenti insoliti ma gustosi e ben riusciti. Prezzo in linea con gli altri locali limitrofi. Da consigliare, sicuramente.

23/08/2025: Bad impression. Ordered a cake for 10 people for my son's birthday the next day. Naturally, there was no price limit, just the size, which therefore had to be large. The next day they gave us a cake that not even the Smurfs would have eaten. They insisted that "for them" it was a cake for 10. I'm from Rome and I've always ordered cakes for 10 that are just right. After a heated discussion, I had to settle for another, slightly larger cake that had been in the fridge since the day before. Party ruined. I'm now reading your response, which borders on a complaint for personal insults, and that doesn't mean I won't proceed in that direction. I am a respected professional and a polite person, as can be seen from the documents on various websites that deal with me. But that has nothing to do with it. If a customer complains about what they consider an injustice, you don't respond with arrogance (you do) "for us the cake..." (I repeat, Lilliputian) "is a 10"!!!! . Period. We're trying to figure out what the problem is and politely address it. The cake he replaced wasn't the same size at all, so much so that he had to change the box and get a larger one. As I was leaving your shop, two ladies approached me to confirm their shock at such treatment. Rest assured, I have no intention of ever setting foot in your shop again, even though your refusal would be subject to legal action. A commercial establishment cannot do so. Not only will I never set foot in your shop again, but neither will the many friends in Penna and Giove to whom I told the incident. Good things. It's still causing controversy. What you wrote qualifies you without further comment and shows who the rude and offensive one is. I don't understand how someone like you can work in contact with the public. I hope for your future customers that this unpleasant episode has taught you to be more polite and helpful. And with that, I'll end this controversy. I've said everything I had to say.

28/07/2025: Possibly the best gelato in Italy. Always has fun and interesting flavors to try, like truffle and Aperol spritz. The pastries and coffee are excellent, too!

09/04/2025: Really good ice cream shop! The gluten-free ice cream was delicious, creamy and you could feel that it was made with quality ingredients. The only note I can make is on the pistachio flavour: it wasn't bad, but I expected something more, given that it's one of my favourites. Overall, however, more than recommended, I would happily return
