02/06/2025: Nuestro conductor sugirió este restaurante e hizo la reserva. Tuvimos un servicio personalizado increíble. El dueño nos hizo sentir como de la realeza. Nos dio vino complementario, untable de trufa y aperitivos. La comida era increíble. Intenté jabalí. El servicio, el mejor.
Tuvimos un comedor tranquilo y nos tomamos nuestro tiempo.
¡Cuando estés en Orvieto, es imprescindible!

02/05/2025: Found by pure chance in a suburban area of Terni and it was a sweet surprise. My wife and I had two single portions of Zuppa Inglese and they were sublime, the best we've eaten to date. Congratulations because pastry making is not just sugar, but knowing how to enhance all the ingredients to enhance the flavours.
01/05/2025: Ordered TART for 4/5 maybe even 6 people... I didn't know that a tart was made up of a half cm sheet of shortcrust pastry with a pinch of cream and some fruit on top... little more than a tennis ball... 15 euros! NO COMMENT... big disappointment! Not even the commitment to put it in a tart pan... and it was a birthday... oh well!

03/03/2025: Diner located in a strategic point for me who often travel along the Flaminia by motorbike. Convenient parking right in front of the restaurant which is very modern and bright thanks to the large windows. Wide variety of first courses, second courses and side dishes, with 12 euro first course, plenty of water and coffee, very friendly and fast service.

09/04/2025: Really good ice cream shop! The gluten-free ice cream was delicious, creamy and you could feel that it was made with quality ingredients. The only note I can make is on the pistachio flavour: it wasn't bad, but I expected something more, given that it's one of my favourites. Overall, however, more than recommended, I would happily return

17/02/2025: Locale carino con personale cordiale e simpatico. E' situato in una zona centrale e comoda per chi si trova in centro. Ha un buon vino e buona birra, ma il cibo ha una qualità nella media. Gli darei un'altra opportunità in ogni caso.

29/05/2025: Al ritorno da una commissione ad Orvieto, ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante. L’ambiente si presenta pulito e ben armonizzato nel contesto circostante. Abbiamo preferito il menu di carne. I primi piatti con porzioni generose avevano il sapore di una cucina casalinga e genuina. Buonissimi i secondi. Il sevizio è stato attento e discreto. Comodissimo il parcheggio

25/05/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria located in San Carlo, on the state road that goes from Terni to Spoleto.
A large, welcoming and well-kept place with ample parking both near the entrance to the place and on the road.
A varied menu for all tastes, very good pizzas, more than decent fried foods, fair prices and professional and friendly service.
After all, if it has been on the crest of the wave for decades there must be a reason..
