Easter day, lunch with fixed menu. The place was obviously full, but the army of waiters made available made the event smooth and flowing, without excessive waiting. Traditional appetizer, nothing to say. Trofie with bacon, artichokes and pecorino are good, just a little too salty. Very good wild boar pappardelle. The fried lamb cutlets were excellent, crispy and very hot. The roast lamb was a little dry, the cut, alas, overcooked.
In short, considering the amount of people to be served and the number of courses, I would say that he did very well. I replaced the wine offered on the (poor) menu with one chosen from the menu. Including extra wine, two people €100. Very honest.

Large outdoor and indoor spaces. You can come here for informal evenings and organize parties or simple dinners with friends. The food is excellent, the dishes are excellent and plentiful, perhaps too much so, cooked to perfection. The price is unbeatable. Fast and attentive staff

Excellent and very nice place to eat. Well attended
I really liked the canopy with the tables next to the windows overlooking the greenery.
Excellent dishes and products used.
We took:
- mixed raw ham and cheese starter (very good);
- grilled fillet with truffle (exceptional);
- ciriole with truffles (excellent), a kind of pici would be the ciriola...
- tagliatelle with wild boar ragout (sauce), excellent
All very good. Spectacular Sagrantino (unique on the menu). Sweet coffee and 1 bitter
€35 per person
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I will definitely return

Tradizione e garanzia. Una trattoria di una volta. Porzioni giuste e succose.
Ciriole fatte a mano. Zuppa inglese fatta in casa. Puoi trovare anche la pizza sotto al fuoco ed il tartufo.
Personale gentile e veloce.

Di passaggio per incontrare un collega,abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di conoscere questo ristorante.
Servizio molto veloce e attento.
Cibo ottimo con antipasti e carne al tartufo.
Buona carta dei vini,senza ricarichi eccessivi,sicuramente da ritornarci alla prima occasione.
